We gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, odor free, and with their tags attached in original Brand packaging.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Original shipping fees if any are not refundable.
Items returned after 30 days and/or fall outside the return policy guidelines will be accepted at our discretion.
All clearance items, BOGO items and free items are not returnable.
Please allow up to 10 business days to fully process your return.
Return Instructions:
Simply return up to 5 items per order.
Replace the item(s) in the original Brand packaging in which it was received and include brand tags. (Please do not write on Brand packaging)
If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box.
To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, traceable method (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, Certified mail).
Please include the original packing slip in your package and write your order # on the outside of the shipping box or envelope so we can process your return faster.
