- We gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, odor free, and with their tags attached in original Brand packaging.
- For hygienic and safety reasons, please note that masks are final sale.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Items returned after 30 days and/or fall outside the return policy guidelines will be accepted at our discretion.
- Please allow up to 10 business days to fully process your return.
- Simply fill out the Return Form on the back of the Packing Slip included with your order. If you no longer have the original Packing Slip, please click here and print the Return Form.
- Replace the item(s) in the original Brand packaging in which it was received and include brand tags. (Please do not write on Brand packaging)
- If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box.
- To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, traceable method (such as UPS, FedEx, Certified mail).
- Please include the Return Form in your package and write your order # on the outside of the shipping box or envelope so we can process your return faster.
