Along with the standard back clasp like most bras, there is another clasp almost at the top of your neck. This is what makes this bra awesome for high impact, because that top clasp really provides lots of support.
However, on my third trip to the gym, mid run the top clasp came undone. I was sprinting, so maybe too much movement and it came undone?
It is a good bra, but very expensive for something that doesn't stay clasped together properly. Would maybe buy one again if it was half the price, but only for medium impact activities.
I am a runner and was looking for a running bra that would keep my 36DD's from bouncing. This bra worked well but not as well as my usual two bra system. It will work well enough for short runs. It's better than any other single bra I've used.
I can't find a sports bra in the store (36 F), so this was a miracle. Glad I found this website and I will definitely be back to order more! :)
Although difficult to get on at 1st, very comfortable with great support once on. I use it for tennis and have had a very difficult time finding a supportive t back bra for large busted women. The adjustable shoulder straps have a tendency to stick out and not lie flat, so be sure to check and adjust once on. Also, the silver border is very prominent and shows through several of my tennis shirts. All in all, the good outweighs the bad, especially in such a difficult market!
I love the snug fit. It is very comfortable and holds in the moisture really well. Mine is so snug that it can be a bit difficult to take on and off. The only real con I have is that the back straps come off easily. I do Mixed Martial Arts and when I wrestle with others, the straps come undone very easy. You have to take off the entire bra to re-strap, so that can be annoying. I would recommend this bra to anyone that is not doing a contact sport.
Even though it is a sports bra, it is so comfortable and gives a good line under my everyday clothes. It has become my first choice bra for everyday wear.
I entered a Zumbathon and needed a sports bra. At a 32DDD it is almost impossible to find an every day bra, so you can imagine trying to find a sports bra that fit correctly and actually had the support I need. This bra is perfection. It supports, there is no bouncing, it doesn't smash, you can actually breath, no pinching or chaffing around the arms or neck, the straps have notches to prevent slipping, the second hook at the top is close to the neckline for ease. This is the bra we have all been looking for when it comes to sports; it does what you need with comfort. Once again I traveled as far as 50 miles around where I live, looking for a sports bra and ended back at Freshpair, where I should have started. I have yet to be unsatisfied with any purchase.

This one really keeps the girls strapped in! It's a bit tight right before the underarms but it just takes a little getting used to. I've been wearing this for rugby and have not had a single problem.
