These conceal to some extent, but not completely. The edges can show through, depending upon the material of the blouse, even when it's not tight-fitting. For the cost, I'd look for another alternative before buying a second pair.

On me, adhesive was mild irritating after 5 hours. I would suggest wearing them for an evening, not for a full day. The edge of the item shows through under a t-shirt...so they would not work for "skin tight" looks. I wear these for a couple hours under 'body skimming' or 'flow-y' items when I want to wear something backless, and help smooth out my lines. An 80% solution for headlights.

This is not a good concealer if you have large breast and large nipple...I found that it makes your already large nipple even bigger...its good around the house but never in public...you thought people stared when you had your headlights on...try it with silcone covering your girls over. Do not try with a tighter t-shirt...don't even ask...

Under a shirt that outlines the breasts (not even tight) the concealer outline obviously shows. If you are wanting to hide everything, this won't do it.

I started buying as gifts/stocking stuffers. This was the second year I bought them and now everyone is excited and looks forward to a new set of SassyNips.
