I tried 10 different styles of bras that were supposed to give me support and comfort. This is the only one that did.
This is an awesome bra! Everything stays where it should and is so comfortable exercising is actually fun...and not a worrisome chore about how my chest and back are going to feel after aerobics. The only tricky part about the bra is that it does up in the front. I'm not yet used to this but all of the advantages of this bra far outweigh the difficulty of acutally putting it on. The struggle is well worth it :)

Great product. I bought the first one to wear at rehab after open-heart surgery. I found that I was wearing it most of the time. I now have four.It is important to follow directions when measuring. My first was a size 4 because the underbust measurment seemed too small. The next 3 are size 3 because the measurement was true. Hard to hook the first hook but once you are in the bra you realize it is worth the effort.
After having a breast enhancement I was looking for a sports bra that would allow me to exercise without too much movement and this bra does just that. I can run again and be comfortable. I can do all sorts of cardio and feel confident again. Go by what the Enell sizing chart is and it will be the right size. When I received mine, I looked at it and thought there was no way that it would fit. You have to get situated in it which means having to adjust your breasts into it. At first it will seem really tight and be difficult to hook up, but that is part of the magic. It will also flatten your bust, but that has to happen in order to stop the movement. The width of the straps and the design of the back also help tremendously.
I've never worn a bra like this before. I can run and do any cardio and nothing moves. It really holds everything in tight. Life changing for me.

I use this bra whenever I'm exercising, yoga, or just tossing the ball with my nephews. It totally or almost stops me from jiggling and flopping when being active....that's always a concern for me as I have had a large breast size for most of my life. Most other sports bras hold me only as well as a "pretty bra".
I only have one small complaint: I am only 5'3", and the straps aren't adjustable, so I end up having to pull it down a little to get the right fit.
That being said this is the best sports bra I have ever purchased.
I use this in the gym, whether I'm on the elliptical trainer, stairclimber or running. I'm small framed but I have breast implants so the support is paramount to my workout. It's probably the nicest, most supportable sports bra I've ever had.
Even though I measured myself and used the company's sizing chart, the bra arrived and didn't fit.
Love it for workouts & casual, & as bra is so "big" you need t-shirt collar style tops. Only drawback is 12 hooks when hands don't work as well as they used to, but they are needed for large busted women.

I was really exited to find a bra like that. It is perffect for me...It holds the girls in and lifts them to the hight they were supposed to be(before gravity that is). It supports the back and it gives a beautiful shape to my uper body(and it's just a bra)...If I had to find something wrong with it, then it would have to be that at first it feels a kind of tight and not really breathable BUT it's just in the first few days. I don't know if I got used to it or if it took the shape of my body but it doesn't bother me any more...
this is a fantastic bra. i wear a 34FFF and ordered size 1 which has enabled me to have a whole new experience in the gym with zumba, spinning, and even a class that uses a mini trampoline!
the look is slightly flattening due to the compression and support so if you want to avoid that go one size up...but it is a great product and i'll be ordering many more.
As a large busted girl, I have struggled for years trying to find a great sports bra. I have FINALLY found it! I use it for all my workouts and can't say enough positive about it. The price is a little high, but I am very pleased with my purchase.

I have been looking for a solution to my large chest and working our comfortably problem. Then I saw it on Oprah! I immediatley went out to buy it. I have had two of these for over two years now and both are still working perfectly.
I use it for jogging, bootcamps, hiking, skiing. Very comfortable, holds the chest in very tight. When you buy it the bra will almost feel uncomfortable. But jump around for a few moments and it moulds to your shape and it is smooth sailing after. The bra should be hard to do up when you buy it and after washing.
You can also wear the black one (not so much the white) as a tank bra, it is not uber noticeable that it is a bra because it covers your whole chest. Only drawback is that you cant wear small tanks over it because it covers your back...but small sacrafice for non saggy chest in the years to come!
Great bra, if you want support this is the only way to go.

This is the best sports bra for support that I have ever owned. I've tried everything and none measure up to the Enell. It isn't the cheapest bra and definitely isn't pretty but it offers complete support. I will never try another!!
Now that I have had this bra a few weeks, I love it. When I first got it, I thought that it was too tight.
I remember reading somewhere that the key to putting on this bra was to lie down to fasten it. Best advice ever.
It gives me great support for jogging and my other high impact exercising. For the first time ever, I can do the high impact sports and not have to wear two bras, or take it easy because of bounce.
I was in between two sizes, so I ordered the smaller size. Bit tight at first but now it fits great!
This is the best sports bra I have owned. I just had my first baby and I am trying to get into shape so this bra adds a considerable amount of support for my very heavy chest - I strongly recommend this bra.
After reading all the good reviews I was hoping this would finally be a sports bra that would allow me to run. I was very disappointed. The Enell does not have adjustable shoulder straps and the shoulder straps would just slide down, this also meant less support for me. I think this bra was made for for an overweight man with fatty male breast tissue problems because it was made for someone with HUGE shoulders! Also, there are not individual cups so the Enell would just squish my breasts together, which is very uncomfortable, might as well just wear a corset to excercise. I get better comfort and support from wearing two sports bras together than I do from the Enell. The Enell is a horrible, useless sports bra.
I was a bit skeptical about the 'vest' style of this bra, but once I get it on, it is very comfortable and works great during strenuous exercise.
This bra is so comfortble that I could probably wear it as an every day item. Finding a bra that fits a larger bust that is comfortable is very hard to do, but this one is perfect! The straps do not slip. If you're looking for a bra that minimizes bounce when you're running, this is the perfect bra for you!
I was skeptical at first because it looks like something out of the dark ages, but once I had it on and was running, I knew I found what I have been looking for all of these years!
I wear 36d and am on a quest to find a bra with enough support and firmness for running. (After watching another runner bounce and swing past me, I decided that serious hold was needed!) This bra fits very strangely, but is the only one I have found so far with enough of both compression and shaping. The Maia Moving Comfort is more comfortable but doesn't have enough compression to restrict movement in vigorous running. This one does the job better than any other I've found.
Even though this bra flattens you, it makes it comfortable to run without any pain.
For a very full-figure, this bra is amazing. it supports fully and allows no 'bounce'. It does take a while to put on, as it has a long row of hooks down the front, but that's likely the key to the secure feeling this bra imparts.

This is a great bra and I wish I had known about it years ago. My breast are extremely large and heavy and running is very difficult but now, no more bouncing all over the place. Love it..
Use it for the gym and it's the best sports bra I have ever owned. Expensive but worth every penny. It's hard to find good support for 34 DD's!! A little hard to get on at first, but thanks to another reviewer I was able to get it on by laying on my bed! Size 1 was a perfect fit for me! I can now work out in comfort knowing I won't draw unwanted attention to myself with the bouncing girls anymore! I will be ordering another one soon, thanks Enell.
I think if your size falls into the categories, you would love this bra. For me, the band size was perfect but the cup size was too big and I bounced around way too much for a [$] bra. I have as much support in lower end bras. I was hoping this was the miracle one but for me, it didnt live up to the hoopla. I am a 34D and the size 0 was too big in the cups and the size 00 couldnt even get the first hook done. I will keep searching
Sure, this bra takes a little skill and patience to get on, but then wow, it holds the girls in! Coming from a large busted person who has always had to wear two or three layers of support during high impact workouts, this bra is a god-send. Ahh...if only you had been around during the teenage years. Oh well, very happy to have found you now. Well done, Enell.
I first ordered size 1. Felt okay. Did not provide the rock solid support I wanted. I then ordered a size 0. I am so happy with this bra. For the first time in my life I have incorporating jogging into my workout. :-) My advise for what size to order...well, I am a natural 34DD. I only say this because my breast are not firm and they are easily flattened and I feel that the size 0 was best for me, but would not be good for someone with firm breasts in which I feel the size 1 would be better fitting. I LOVE this bra because it holds my breast in so well that there is like no bounce whatsoever when I jog. It has been the most wonderful experience! Some might say it is tight or uncomfortable...and it does fit very snug, flattens me like a pancake, but that is what I love! How else can it offer you such wonderful support. This is the best bra for the "no bounce" effect. Although it isn't the greatest to look at, once you get it on, the "girls" won't be moving. This makes high impact activities do-able for big-chested women. I am happy with my purchase. I have several of these bras. This bra will continue to be my favourite until a new one is invented!

I use this bra to excersize in. It does provide great support. Closing the hooks is a bit of a bother - it seems to take forever. And the band starts feeling too tight after a while. I couldn't wear this bra all day.
front closure takes getting used to, but it is well worth the effort. Excellent support, has improved my posture and good for my lungs...as I have asthma.

Yes, it looks somewhat like a bullet-proof vest, but this bra is IT for me. I now have the freedom to play any sport, run as fast as I want and not feel any pain or insecurity. This bra is a necessity for any woman with a larger chest - I don't know how I lived without it. The sizing is a little strange and it definitely runs big. I am a 36DD and after some trial and error, found that I felt best in a size 1. I definitely wish it were a little more breathable but it's worth the sweat.
I am a 36G. I ordered it. tried it on and imediastely returned it. had no desire to even try a larger size.[...] I got my Enell bra yesterday and wore it for the first time today for dance class. It is fantastic! I am a 40DD and it gives me the support I need for my class. I do not feel constricted in any way. I love the support in the back and the clasps in the front are so much easier than trying to pull a bra over my head only to have it get bunched up and curled or trying to reach behind and get the clasps. I do not feel or see the pushing together in the front like I did when I was wearing 2 off the rack sports bras. I had augmentation 10 months ago and could not find something that would allow me to get back to running and jogging and ended up gaining 5- 10 lbs. This is not very pretty but I can do anything, run, play tennis, jump rope, walk etc. No bounce, no worry (yes, even us with augmented breasts bounce and worry about sagging). I go to martial arts 5 days a week and needed more support. I hated the jumping jacks because of my jiggle.Now with my new bra I don't worry...i don't joggle.The bra has also taken the pressure off my shoulders compared to a regular bra due to its wide straps. The first time i put this bra on it seemed very tight. I followed package directions and wore it around the house for short periods of time to stretch the band out a little bit. If you are big busted and work out you need to have this bra. I was a little skeptical because I have tried every sport bra out there and this is truly the best. I am a 48DDD and I can truly tell a difference when I am jogging. I HIGHLY recommend this item. The nice thing about this bra is the support and how you fit into blouses with buttons! This isn't great for t-shirts or sweaters where you want a seperate appearence. This give you the monobreast look but you won't giggle and buttons won't bulge. The bottom band gets uncomfortable at the end of the day but the straps don't dig. Certainly no bounce but too smushy for me! This bra totally flattens you out, but absolutely eliminates any bounce. As a 32DDD, this is important to me! I really enjoy this garment I've already recommended this bra to friends who have not been successful shopping for a sports bra that truly gives support. I am training for my first marathon. I have never found a product that keeps "the girls" in check like this bra. I recommend it to EVERYONE! I have been wearing "bad" bras for a while now and found a recommendation for this bra. I have a very large cup size and needed support without pain. The straps are not a problem at all, which I frequently have problems with because of low shoulders. It also works great to flatten out my bust so that I can wear shirts and not have them buckle in the middle. The only con is that the bottom clasp could use some more padding as it does dig into my skin after a while and I need to readjust. Even with the bottom clasp digging in, it is still the best bra for comfort and to help me feel good about how I look. I have eight of the Enell bras. I broke my clavicle in 2000 and regular bra straps cut right into the nerves of the break area. This bra is terrific! I feel no discomfort at the break site as the strap is large and distributes the load. I don't know I have a bra on. I wear a size 36D, I'm 5'8½ and 138 lbs. I wear "it" for all activities (tennis/aerobics) and for general everyday wear. I wear no other bra anymore due to the comfort of Enell. You cannot wear one out. Four of mine are still brand new. I never thought I'd find something that was comfortable to wear through a whole day softball tournament. It was so comfortable that I forgot I was wearing a bra. this has been the best bra i have ever bought,it is well worth the money.my daughter is a teenager and very big on top but she plays ever sport their is.this bra holds her so tight theres no bouncing we have tried ever bra out there but i can honestly say this is the best,thank you so much The only thing I don't like about this bra, is that the seams on the front of the bra show through T shirts. But, it gives you incredible support and lasts a year+ if you care for it as suggested (delicate wash cycle ,no dryer). This is the 3rd one I've bought in the last 3 years. It looks like an armor shield but it keeps everything tight and in place. Material is very durable but the plastic coating on the hooks wears off. It's worth the $$ investment. I have yet to find a better option. The best bra ever! Love the comfort, the fit! What's not to love?! This bra was way too big. I have ordered other products that I loved. Its the only sports bra that keeps me from bouncing and jiggling. This is the ultimate no-bounce bra for women with larger cup sizes. It is quite the piece of equipment, but if no-bounce is what you want, this is what you need. Slight chafing on the sides, but I get this with every sportsbra. Wish it was a little lower in the front, but you can't say no to the performance.
I was hoping for a sports bra that kept me separated and wicked away sweat. If I wore the bra by itself, I was not separated and the sweat in between was not wicked away.
If I wore a second bra underneath it with an underwire bra to separate the girls, I got serious chafing. The bottom hook and eye closure really put a deep impression on my sternum and created an ulcer there. There is a little strip of cloth along the hook and eye closure but it did not stay in place very well. And I am not one to want to adjust myself in public. You don't notice the chafing/ulcer until the sweat drips into it OR until you get in the shower and the sting comes up.
I could not wear it longer than an hour either. That was good and bad. It got very very hard to breathe in after exercising as it was just like a compression vest. Good while running though. I got to the point of jogging/running 3 miles and it was not noticeable that there was movement.
It does feel like it is too small when you first put it on, but that is the way it is supposed to be. Read the directions, and hand wash and line dry only. Well worth the $$. It is now one of two bras I wear for working out. Fabulous!!
I have been through 3 sports bras after a breast augmentation and this is the only one that I was able to run and kickbox in. The is no bounce whatsoever.
I do not recommend wearing this bra for weight lifting at all. On days where I lift weights and then run I bring the Enell in my gym bag and change when I am ready to run.

I started with a size 2 and now get a size 1. I can't say the bra is "stylish" as it's like a vest. But it's a trade-off: comfort or style with pain. Did I mention, absolutely NO BOUNCE?It's a no-brainer. Buy one and you'll never buy another brand. I guarantee it!! And...my everyday clothes look terrific with this bra...every garment fits better and looks great.
I didn't feel like I was going to fall out while I was running and slid into a base without being uncomfotable.
