Returns
Easy, no hassle returns! We want you to love everything you purchase from Freshpair.com. If for any reason you do not, we will give you either a refund or an exchange, as long as you follow these simple guidelines.
You may return items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery. Items are thoroughly inspected before returns are processed.
For your safety, Freshpair adheres to all Health Code Regulations. By law, all items with a crotch lining cannot be returned once they have been worn. The return of any packaged underwear, shapewear and hosiery will be refused if the packaging has been opened. We suggest you try on any unpackaged items with crotch linings over your own underwear. However, bras may be tried on as long as all tags are kept intact and they are free of any signs of wear.
We will process your return/exchange within 1-2 weeks from the day the item is received at our warehouse. Once the return/exchange is processed, we will notify you via email. If you requested a refund, we will process it using the original payment method.
If you receive your item(s) and there is something wrong with the order, please contact Customer Care immediately.
All clearance and discontinued items are final sale and are not returnable. All "Gifts with Purchase" and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Applicable FeesItems that are returned with obvious signs of wear, with any of the original tags removed, or not in original brand packaging (not the bag or box the order was shipped in) are subject to a 25% processing fee. Items which are returned after 60 days of delivery may also be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee if accepted. Customers returning an entire order that was delivered via free shipping will be charged a $5 fee.
Return / Exchange Shipping FeesYou are responsible for return shipping fees. If you’ve opted for an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping fees on the exchange order. For International exchange orders, additional customs fees may apply.
How To Return Your PurchasePlease follow these steps to successfully return your purchase:
- Fill out the Return/Exchange Form found on the back of the invoice included in your order in its entirety. Legibly write the item you are returning and the new item you are ordering in their respective locations. If you no longer have the original invoice, download a PDF version here: Return/Exchange Form
- Replace the item in the packaging in which it was received. This is the original brand packaging in which each item is wrapped, not the box or bag in which the items were shipped in.
- We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us. Please make sure that the items are returned in a sturdy package (such as a padded envelope or box, similar to the way the items were originally sent). To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and traceable method (such as UPS, FedEx, Certified mail or another method) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery. Overnight shipping is not necessary. Many carriers offer low cost ground shipping and allow you to trace your delivery.

- We suggest that you do not wear perfume or deodorant while trying on items. This will help ensure that the items remain returnable.
- When trying on a bra, try walking around your home with it on to make sure it fits properly. You’ll be amazed at what a little walking around will tell you!
- Shapewear and hosiery items may seem small at first glance. Keep in mind that these items tend to stretch to fit your natural shape.
