If you're not happy, we're not happy. We gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery. In order to receive a full refund, we ask that your returned items be intact and free of any signs of wear. Considering the intimate nature of our merchandise, Health Code Regulations prohibit us from accepting the return of packaged underwear, shapewear, and hosiery that have been opened.

We will process your returns within 1-2 weeks and issue your refund using your original payment method. Just follow our steps to get your return started and your money (or credit) back.

  • Simply fill out the Return Form included with your order, found on the back of the invoice. If you no longer have the original invoice, download a PDF version here: Return Form.
  • Replace the item in the packaging in which it was received. This is the original brand packaging in which the item was wrapped, not the box or bag in which the items were shipped.
  • If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box. If you do not have the original box, please use a sturdy box to prevent in transit damage to the item. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us.
  • To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured, and traceable method (such as UPS, FedEX, Certified mail or another method) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery. Overnight shipping is not necessary.
  • Please write your order # on the outside of the shipping box or envelope so we can process your return faster.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Merchandise found damaged and/or soiled with obvious wear or with any of the original tags removed will be subject to a 25% processing fee and issued store credit.
Items returned after 60 days will be accepted at our discretion and issued store credit.

Please note:

  • Freshpair may refuse any return if it does not meet the Return Guidelines.
  • Clearance, Fashion and Club items, and Free Gifts with Purchase are final sale and non-returnable.
  • The Return Form does not apply to our Freshpair At Home Bra Fitting Program.
