AND BRIEFLY -- The e-mail filters must have missed this one, and why I'm on their mailing list to begin with escapes me. It was a press release telling me that Aug. 10 will be National Underwear Day, highlighted by a parade in New York City.
"The event involves male and female models taking to the streets clad in nothing but undergarments from some of today's hottest underwear brands," it read.
I can only assume they'll be judged by Inspector 12.
"They're not Hanes 'til I say they're Hanes!"
