In Times Square Tuesday, the fifth annual National Underwear Day celebration takes place throughout the day with models (in their underwear, of course) walking the streets of Times Square. The highlight will be on Military Island, the intersection of Broadway and Seventh Ave. at 43rd St., where runway fashion shows will be taking place from 11 a.m. to 2p.m. Expect extreme rubbernecking, causing slowdowns.
