Online retailer Freshpair.com has teamed with victims' assistance program Safe Horizon to launch Freshpair, Freshstart, which is dedicated to providing basic, practical needs to victims of violence. Safe Horizon is uniquely positioned to help carry out this mission, since the organization serves over 350,000 people each year, from homeless individuals to abused children. "People donate clothes, coats, and shoes, but no one donates underwear," says Freshpair.com President Michael Kleinmann. "As an underwear retailer, we are in a unique position to really help fill this void by donating underwear and giving people a fresh start."
