National Underwear Day 2007 Has Americans Everywhere Saluting Their Undergarments

On Tuesday, August 7, people all across the nation are recognizing the most important garment they wear all day by taking part in celebrating National Underwear Day. The holiday, which first began in August 2003, reminds Americans that it is okay to talk about, and even honor, underwear as a significant article of clothing.

The 2007 version of National Underwear Day will take place in Manhattan and features models walking the streets of New York polling passers-by on underwear preference.
