Most stores have plus-size departments, usually called "Women's." So where do you shop if you're not quite a woman but have physically outgrown junior sizes? Or you want cute ballet flats, but can't find them in a size 12-wide like Katy Wilms?

Like most things in retail, when it comes to sizes outside the relentless norm, it's often more rewarding to shop online, but brick-and-mortar options do exist.
