How to Measure Sleepwear Size
If you are like most guys, you sleep in whatever makes you feel comfortable. That means boxers, loungewear pants, pajama pants or sweats topped off with a t-shirt or tank.
Pajama Bottom Sizing
To find your size in pajama bottoms, use the same measurements you.d use to find your underwear size. Wrap the tape measure around your waist at the same place you normally wear your pants. This will be lower for some men and higher for others. This number, in inches, will help you find your pajama bottom size on the chart below.
T-Shirt Sizing
T-shirts are long-time favorites for sleepwear. To find your t-shirt size, measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor. To measure your sleeve bend your arm to 90. and place your hand on your hip. Start measuring at the center back of your neck. Extend the tape across your shoulders, down to your elbow, and then to your wrist. Find the size in the chart below that corresponds to your t-shir size.

Robe Sizing
Finding your perfect size robe is a bit more involved than just finding your pant size or your t-shirt size. It takes both your chest measurement and your waist measurement. Measure around your waist with the tape measure, then measure around the fullest part of your chest. Use both numbers to find your robe size on the chart below.

Many robes are only offered in one size. In this case, the robe should fit men from S-XL.
For robes offering a full range of sizes, you are safe to go with your t-shirt size. Remember, this is loungewear we?re talking about. Comfort is probably the number one goal, so go for the looser fit rather than the tighter one if you?re between sizes.
