This was so helpful to me. I have been having such trouble finding a comforatable bra after 5 surgeries in my abdomin. I need a bra where the "gore" and underwire do not gouge my lower stomach (located near the upper rib cage). My breasts are heavy and when I sit the bras tend to press against this area causing the pain to increase. If I lift my breasts, I immediately find relief. Is there a bra you can recommend that has great support and cups that sit right under the breasts without the underwire? Meanwhile, I will look at your site for bra construction that looks like it may work.

Thank You,

Life is short. At least you gave me the basics. I should not be shopping for a woman.
