Best socks to fit his big big feet.
These truly are the only socks I wear other than dress socks.
The socks stretch quite a bit, so before I put my work boots on, so that the socks do not bunch, I have to pull these up and the grey heal of the sock usually ends up being at the back of my ankle. This sock does offer good protection, although, it typically lasts only 8-12 months before the sock begins to compress (padding) and develop holes. I am a size 9 and the Wigwam Super 60 MEDIUM socks fit me perfectly, these "at work" style just run too big. So I would recommend to a friend with bigger feet!
I bought one 3 pack and was so impressed I've purchased 3 more. Much more confortable than what I have been wearing over the years. Wigwam socks are now my sock of choice.
Comfortable and soft but they feel a bit too long for a 9-11 size sock. The heel marks come up a little too high. Still, very comfortable and fine for wearing around the house or on travel.

Good socks for running!
These socks have the perfect amount of cushion, not too much and not too little. They are great work socks and I wear them with my law enforcement uniform boots (Bates). I have long narrow feet and I wear a size 9 women's shoe. The medium fit me just fine with a little bit of room lengthwise.
