These panties are wonderful - the wide lace waistband prevents cutting in at the waist line. The lace is pretty but durable so lasts well. Also they are so comfortable and stay in place all day. Comfortable for everyday but feel pretty enough for going out.

I had read a review about the lace waistband and they said it didn't hold up well. But I thought if I was careful that it wouldn't happen to me. Seond time I wore them in pulling them up my fingernail went right through the lace. Ruined!!!!! I like pretty and had the early style lace top panties with no problems. But would not recomend these to anyone to buy. I launder them in net washing bags so they don't get snagged, so it isn't like I didn't handle them carefully.

I had previously purchased a pair of these just to try - and LOVED them!!! So comfortable and smooth....what my neice called "slicky underwear" when she was very young! (Hate cotton underwear!) My original pair was great, however, the design of the elastic in the waist was funky and didn't hold up well. Because I liked them so well otherwise, I looked at them on the website and the picture looked like the elastic had been greatly improved, so took a chance and ordered. Glad I did!! They are great - you won't be disappointed! Because of the elastic at the waist, I don't recommend drying in dryer - hang to dry. (Never thought I'd get so excited about underpants!! LOL)
