Although the cup fits well, the bra is small around the band. I am a 32F but a 34E would have been a better fit.

I was wearing the Wacoal Ultra bra, which for some reason had become uncomfortable. I decided to try the Halo, and I like it very much. It is so comfortable, I don't really feel it throughout the day as I did the other. I am a 38DDD, so I need good support as well as comfort, and this bra gives it to me.

For the first time in my life I'm happy with big breasts.

This is one of the few bras that I've re-ordered.
At 50+ and a 34DDD, I look for a lot of support as well as coverage, both on the top of the cup and on the sides. This bra provides all of that, and still is extremely comfortable. Not only is the support fantastic, but the shape is very natural looking. I've only had the bra for a short time, so I can't say for sure how it will hold up after repeat washings, but so far it seems resilient. The other nice thing is that this bra seems to be readily available in my odd size. Having tried the whole price range, from very inexpensive to super expensive, I feel that this bra is well worth the money and I will definitely buy more of these as needed.

I've waited to write this review, because many times in the past, I've raved about a bra only to have it stretch or lose support, etc. very quickly. I am one of those people who has tried just about every bra on the market, from very inexpensive to super expensive. At over-50 now, with large breasts, my needs are lift, support, and some degree of comfort. This bra is probably the first one that I will order again and happily pay the price. For those reviewers who spoke of discomfort, I'm thinking that you may have ordered an incorrect size. Ii learned recently that I am much better off with a larger cup size (DDD, instead of the DD I had been getting) and a smaller band, from 36 to 34. This way, I have no spillover and as the bra stretches slightly, which they all do eventually, I still get great support. Also important for me, as a short person, is that the straps have enough adjustability so that I can make them short enough. Obviously, we all have different sizes and shapes,

The best thing about this bra is the placement of the straps. I haven't had to reach into my shirt one single time to pull a strap back up over my shoulder. It was my biggest pet-peeve and I feel like I've won the lottery now that I have straps that stay in place. The bra is very comfortable and I would buy it over again in a minute.

This bra is great if you want full coverage with pretty lace.
I am very picky with underwires. This one fits snug, but does not dig in... very comfortable.
The straps do not slip and don't shift at all.
The center support sits right against the skin, giving added support. Also good for shaping.
I would be happier if it had better suppport, but considering this light lacy fabric, I can't complain.
Since this provides full coverage, I wouldn't wear it under low-cut tops if you want to show cleavage.

Works great under all different kinds of clothes. It would be heavenly if those really soft, wide shoulder straps (usually seen in leisure bras) could be added. But these straps aren't terrible.

I bought this bra based on some excellent reviews. One of the main features I was excited about was the strap design as I am very narrow shouldered with a large bust (38DD) and constantly have problems with straps slipping off my shoulders.

I would agree that it is a nice looking, well made bra. The lace is quite attractive and it gives a nice shape and support to my bust. Also, the straps definitely eliminate slippage and I did not once have to pull up my straps (which is very unusual for me!).

Although the bra fits me in the cup and band, it is quite a firm fit and is minimising in the cups (which I don't mind). However, overall I found the bra to be very uncomfortable after only a couple of hours of wear, due to the underwires digging in at my ribcage. The underwires are not very padded at all and I found this to be quite a flaw in the design of the bra. I am not sure that I will wear it again, as it caused me so much discomfort.

After a large weight loss, I desperately needed a new bra that didn't gap and didn't look so "heavy duty." This bra is very light, easy to hand launder, and packs like a dream!

This is a great bra, but the underwire in the front center is very uncomfortable. It digs into my skin and leaves red-marks that stick around for days. But I otherwise love the fit of this bra - maybe the underwire just takes some breaking in to conform to my body a bit?

I wear this bra religiously and hope I never have to change. It costs more, but lasts a long time and retains the comfort and support. I use the natural color and am satisfied it covers all bases for different scenarios.

I have several of these & wear them everyday. (Not at the same time! ha.) This is actually the only type bra I'll wear since finding it! COMFORT & SUPPORT are so important to me & this one does it. The only complaint I have is with the lace in the cup. It can tear after awhile & holes are not attractive, nor are the stitches to sew them up! the straps are broad which is good & bad; just have to be careful not to wear too wide of a neckline.

I have difficulty with straps staying up on my shoulders. Not with this bra. It is wonderful.

This bra is super - long lasting, breatheable fabric, washes like a dream!

I can never find my size (32DD)..and when I do, it is cut skimpy and tight.. This bra fits so well and is very comfortable.

Would have given 4 stars IF the loosest hook&eye closure was usable. Hooks cut into bare skin when using the last set. Not enough stretch consideration when the design was made to barely cover the hooks BEFORE worn on a live, moving body! I had to buy an extender to solve the problem of insufficient material even using the same hook&eye spacing... This is not a place to cut corners on an item at this price level.

This is the most comfortable and supportive bra I have owned. It doesn't dig into my ribs, stays in place, and separates but does not separate too far. I do not usually spend this much on a bra, but wanted to try it due to good reviews in articles on-line.

I had purchased this bra at a store and LOVED it!! I have small shoulders and large breasts so almost all bra straps slip & fall off my shoulders. This was driving me CRAZY. I went back to the store to buy more and was told they don't have any and were not expecting any either. I was determined to find more of these bras so I went on the internet and found this site. I'm so HAPPY I did!! They had the bra in nude and black in my size so I got them both. I will definitely buy this bra over and over again!! This is the first all over lace underwire bra that fits perfectly and is so very pretty, as well as, comfortable. I have bought many Walcoal bra's in the past and they are all I wear. This is,by far, the loveliest Walcoal bra I have ever worn. As a full figured woman, I am pleased that I can have a bra that is functional yet compares to all the pretty bras that smaller busted women wear.

This is my second bra of the same, er, make and model. It has been updated with more comfortable fabric on the band and underwires (didn't think that was possible) and with stronger seaming on the back closure - all this and the last one is still fine after a year of use (if a bit stretched, as one would expect)! Plus, the shaping is perfect - soft and round without breasts in your armpits (where they do not belong). Excellent bra by and excellent manufacturer. Worth every penny.

What I love about this bra: Extremely lightweight and comfortable (even the wire!!), great lift and support. The straps are a little wider at the base which helps to distribute the weight of my 38 DD's; I love that the straps don't dig into my shoulders. I feel much more attractive in clothes in this bra as it doesn't create unattractive, pushed together excess cleavage. Nice lift too. Great bra.

A Bra fitter gave this to me to try several years ago and it is the only bra I buy. Soooo comfortable and the straps don't slip. It is wonderful!

I wish I had discovered this bra years ago! This style fits me perfectly - usually I either have a good fit in the cups or in the band size, but not both... this bra is super comfortable, gives me enough cup coverage but doesn't feel like an "army bra" for lack of a better term ;) The only problem I've had has been that the underwire started coming through the seam on both cups after just a couple months of wear, but this could be because I wear them constantly. Wish it came in more colors, I'd buy them all!

This bra beats all the others! I have never worn a bra that was this comfortable with underwire. It is also very pretty. I thought that when you went for comfort you had to forgo sexy. Not so with this wonderful bra. I am also full figure so it provides necessary complete coverage with extreme comfort. I can't imagine buying any other bra!

I love the ballet straps because they don't keep falling off my shoulder. The comfort of this bra is unbelievable. I have two and probably need to pick up another one before they change the style!

I purchased this bra for more money at a specialty shop - The bra was so comfortable that I knew I would wear it out if I didn't pick up another one right away. I found the exact model on Fresh Pair and it was in my mailbox within a few days[...] It is the most comfortable bra I have ever owned. If it didn't improve my silhouette so much, I would think I was naked - and the ballet back is awesome, no strap slippage.

The sides of the bra are just high enough to minimize any side spillage. Nice under t-shirts.

I wear the Wacoal bras daily. They are extremely comfortable; they remain in place; the beige color can not be seen under thin fabric; they look good under clothing.

So many bras have extra padding to push you up or don't cover the whole breast leaving you with a very unnatural look. I bought this bra at a store and took a chance at ordering an other one and it fits as good as the one I had tried on. [...] I'm going to throw the ones away that I had purchased (a different brand) just before I found this bra and order more so I'll never be with out a clean one. I really like the three hooks in the back, this is a fabulous bra. There is nothing but good things to write about the company and the products I have bought.

This is by far the most comfortable bra that I have ever worn. I don't have to tug and pull to keep it in place. It is light weight so you forget that you are even wearing it. I now own six of this style.

I usually use the "lesser coverage" version of this bra, but I think that one wears out faster -- this one gives me great support (I'm 34DD/DDD, so I need a lot of it!) and I'm not constantly adjusting myself throughout the day. Definitely recommend it.

Terrific bra for a full-busted woman. Awesome support and comfort and a flattering shape for the breasts. I have since ordered 2 more and particularly like the 'toast' color.

I have always worn a famous retailers' bras, and found myself in the past year with neck and scapula aches from my breasts. The bras were not providing enough support, and it was weighing on my neck and back. It also was affecting the look of my posture and more droop in my chest-line. I finally went out to a higher end Dpt store and asked to be measured and for suggestions for bras for bigger-breasted women. The assistant did not even hesitate before saying, "Wacoal....trust me." I did, and 3 months later, I am buying nothing but, have almost no more neck and scapula aching, and people tell me I look as though I've lost 5 or more Lbs!! Much better support, much more flattering, and so much more comfortable. I don't expect to ever buy a different bra. I'm so glad I found these!!

If you have had a bra and experienced the straps constantly falling off your shoulders this bra will be a welcome relief to you. It is beautifully constructed and feels great.

I wear this style of bra everyday!

I am very skeptical about bra fit and comfort. So when this bra arrived, I wore it at home with the tags on thinking I'd probably have to return it. Well, I forgot I had it on! It is absolutely the most comfortable bra with the best fit I've ever worn.

Finally, a bra that can be for everyday and not make me feel blah! Instead, I get comfort and security without feeling like I'm wearing an 'old lady bra'!

The straps don't slip, the back doesn't rise up and it doesn't show through your clothes. Really, a perfect bra.

I've been wearing Wacoal bras for 20 years and this one is the best. The straps are inset a bit (closer to the middle) more than usual and this helps prevent them from falling down. Falling bra straps are not what I need to be worrying about when I am meeting with a client! This bra eliminates that worry. It is soft and comfortable as well. The only downside is that it starts to stretch out too quickly, but that is a small price to pay for comfort and ease.

Very comfy, great everyday bra.
