I had a hard time with size on these boyshorts. There is a thin elastic along the top seam and because of that and wanting to avoid a "muffin top" look, I went for the large. I wear a size 8-10 in pants. In the large, these boyshorts are virtually seamless.
These boyshorts are very pretty and look nice with the "embrace" bras by Wacoal, but could also be worn with other nude or cream colored bras.
