These are the only panties I have found in over a decade that fit comfortably, cover me fully from bend of thigh to slightly above my waist, front and back, no riding up either front or back and are made of soft, stretchy cotton. Manufacturers decided about 10 years ago that women wanted bikini, high cuts, boy cuts, low rise, thongs, strings etc. styles in panties but truth-be-told this was solely to reduce the amount of material used in panty manufacture. All to reduce costs, of course, and for no other reason. Being an old biddy who doesn't give a hoot or a holler about style, I have looked for a decade for a panty like this one. Sadly, it costs much more than what I paid 15 years ago for similar panties but I guess it's worth it to have comfortable, well-fitting underwear.

Really comfortable panties went out with the 20th century and it was like hitting the lottery to find this really comfortable panty for this old biddy from the age of dinosaurs. It gives full coverage for my still-slim but sagging bottom and comes all the way up to my waist. I have a long torso so I can only hope that Vanity Fair will continue making this style until I die so I will die in comfort wearing these really comfortable panties. :-)
