I cannot believe what a difference this little shirt made to my confidence! It is a great product and surprising comfortable. I wasn't sure how it was going to fit around anything from the size but it fits like a glove! I loved how airy it is on and how it improved my posture. I am definitely getting at least 1 more.

It feels very tight, but I got used to it. Helps make those shirts that don't drape well over my body look great. Brings in my "less than firm areas" tight. It doesn't eliminate my spare tire, but it does make it look a lot better.

This product is great! It does exacty what it promises. It helps me improve my posture, which was one of the reasons i bought it. It is very breathable as well.
The negative is that, since it holds the sweat, you have to wash it after 1-2 uses. It is quite expensive too, so it is difficult to afford more of them.

I must admit when I opened the box I thought, "Whoa! I'll never get it over my head!" It may be uncomfortable to get over your head the first time, but after that, it will be easy. Not only do you feel flatter and contained but the "tight" feeling also gives me the feeling of being "full" and I realize that I don't eat as much when while wearing it - not a bad side effect as I'm getting in shape for summer. So happy with the V-neck, I purchased a crew neck. This undershirt works and is a confidence booster!
