I must admit when I opened the box I thought, "Whoa! I'll never get it over my head!" It may be uncomfortable to get over your head the first time, but after that, it will be easy. Not only do you feel flatter and contained but the "tight" feeling also gives me the feeling of being "full" and I realize that I don't eat as much when while wearing it - not a bad side effect as I'm getting in shape for summer. So happy with the V-neck, I purchased a crew neck. This undershirt works and is a confidence booster!

Very comfortable and much easier to get on and off that similar garments that I have purchased in the past. Great neckline to wear under sweaters. You cannot own to many Spanx for Men.
This is truly an amazing V-Neck. It support my back, and truly improved my posture, both sitting and standing. I feel more confident and I can stand taller now with this V-Neck.
I bought this for gym use and used the sizing table. Supposedly I was a medium, but wow, what a battle it was to get this on! The styling is very good but I will have to try the large.
