Order your NORMAL size! i thought i would go smaller but at the last minute i ordered my normal size and it was still tight as heck, it was a good thing tho, imporved my posture and smoothed me out.
I'm not a big guy and just wanted some love-handle reduction. This expensive garment did not provide any better results than a $25 dollar poly/spandex tank. Item was promptly returned.

You are very aware yoru wearing it, great support and I noticed good for posture. Probably woudln't wear it in middle of summer as it is warm.

Everyday wear for the well dressed man
A little difficult to get on and off, but it does exactly as it says. It smooths out your body and helps you maintain good posture. Overall, a quality shirt even if the price is a little steep.
Took a little getting used to, but the undershirt is nice. I am not overly obese, so I don't think it will take Mr. Beer Belly to Joe Six Pack, but it holds things in. Shirt presses hard on bottom rib, which at end of day can be a bit tiring.

This product really works. I wish it controlled a bit more around the stomach. All in all a great product.
Better than equmen. I own ten Zoned Performance Tank. If you want to shed one to two inches of your chest and waist this is your product.
