If you haven't had one of this before, it will feel small as you put it on. I must say that I don't need it but got it, well, to show off. It works. Comfortable, sexy, use it us under or regular wear if you can.

My wife said "WOW" when I put it on. It really makes me look much better than I am.
Keep in mind this is a shape slimmer,It fits true to size chart. I recommend measuring your chest for a proper fit. If the size chart says 42 chest order a 42. Saves the return/exchange process

The best thing about this under shirt is the time you need a little support maybe your back or sides are hurting from working . You put on the shirt and relax .

This is the second spanx product I purchased. I went down a size smaller to feel extra "pulled in" - it was a very snug fit but did the job. Whether I wear the true size or the smaller one, they work without feeling constrictive. I feel confident, tight and am more certain to not overeat while wearing them. If you're thinking about purchasing them - just do it - you'll be thankful you did.

Considering the tightness felt when first putting it on, it was amazing that the "tight" feeling disappeared almost immediately and was felt more as a comfortable, supportive gentle smoothing out of my upper body and abdomen.
these shirts are fantastic. they really do smooth out the lumps, and help you to focus on good posture. they also will help your lower back to feel better. (probably a byproduct of having better posture)
I really like that these shirts look like a normal undershirt. no questions asked when you're changing at the gym or anything.
Good stuff. Tank-top shoulder straps could be a bit wider. Waist and chest areas feel great. Tight on hips, and keeps rolling up.
Every man (unless you are too skinny) should own one.
Let's face it guys, at some point in our lives going to the gym just doesn't work anymore to stop the dreaded manboobs. I have arrived at that place. I hate it, but here I am.
The good folks at Fresh Pair included me in a promotion and sent me a sample of the Spanx compression crew. I gave it a try and was hooked. The fit (once I got the right size) and quality are great. Most important, I got the control I wanted without feeling like I was in a straight jacket.
One note - pay attention to the Spanx sizing chart! Don't bother getting a size smaller thinking you will look better - you won't. You will only feel worse! I know - the sample sent to me was a size too small. I ordered the size recommended and it was right on. Also, getting it on and off (especially off) takes a little practice.

I wear the T-Shirts (have two of them) all the time...besides helping me look great, they also keep me warmer this winter.

Ordered for a male relative. Tight fit-you may want to order a size up. He wears a medium and medium and large fit. Great results, very flattering. Will order this again.
This undershirt fits fantastic under fitted dress shirts.
Great for work and play...helps eliminate some self-consciousness. Also, helps me from popping shirt buttons!
bought 1 size smaller for a Good Fit and Hard to get on but after You do I felt 20lbs. lighter with this Shirt being Very Conffy...

This shirt is really hard to put on and take off. And after getting it on it's better at slimming your love handles than slimming a protruding stomach.
As others have stated, it is very difficult to put on. At first it seems as though it is about 3 sizes too small, but, of course, in order for it to work it must be very tight. And tight it is. I don't know if I could wear it all day every day. Perhaps one would get used to it. I may try one more, but in the sleeveless variety in the hope that it might be easier to put on.

I was somewhat skeptical at first. After having tried the T-Shirts, they delivered as promised. Granted that a little more exercise and watching the diet would provide better results, the Spanx t-shirts work great for a quick fix. The sizing is great and help hide the bulge until I can work that off manually.
I think I expected more than possible from this product. That said, aside from sometimes getting very hot while wearing it, I do like the product. Hard to put on because it is so snug, but that is why it works.
Order a size larger than you normally wear. The first one I ordered had to be sent back since it wouldn't go over my shoulders.
The pictures are deceiving. Although it does hide some of the love handles it pushes the fat to the front of the shirt. It is tricky to remove the garment so don't wear it at the gym! It is long and it does provide lower back support which is a plus. A little loose in the arms but defines the chest very well. The product is priced high though and this is not Freshpairs fault...spanx price is the same [...].
It does the job its on, not as good as I expected, but still acceptable and I don't think it could be any better - Very hard to remove though, which might cause another problem of wearing out the elasticity quite quickly in that case. Maybe not ... New user.
I took it out of box, it did not stretch enough to put on over my head, so I could not use it.

This compression shirt is great. It gives me a tight slim chest. Since I need to get to the gym this is the next best thing. I wear medium shirts, so I bought a medium, but man its tight! So next time I'll buy a large...since I think it shirnks a bit after the wash!
Made with cotton and Spandex. Equmen is made with Polyester, Spandex, and Nylon. The Spanx brand is cooler and more comfortable. I own both.
I have two shapewear Tees. The Equmen and now Spanx. The Equmen is Polyester, Nylon, and Spandex. The Spanx is Cotton and Spandex. The Spanx is more comfortable and cooler in the heat. The Equmen is more controlling and exerts more pressure. I prefer the Spanx for comfort. The Equmen retains more heat and is not as soft as the Spanx. The Spanx also has a lower price.
kinda tough to get on like under armor or nike compression shirts, but more comfortable in the chest, shoulders and arm pit areas. I think the actual collar band can be wider. Not the opening, but the band itself to look more like a regular t-shirt. Bottom line though it compresses where you need compression and it stays in place. To make it perfect I think the compression should start a bit higher than it does to slim just below the chest area as well.
It took a little time to get used to and felt like I was wearing a body suit eventhough I had a shirt on overtop. Filt well and looked great.

I've been very impressed with the Spanx cotton compression crew thus far. It is more comfortable than I was expecting, and it noticeably improves my posture when I'm wearing. I noticed a difference almost immediately. It also has a very small profile, so it doesn't look bulky under other shirts.
The only two problems I've had are: it's a little difficult to get on and it's expensive.
Overall I would highly recommend it.

loved the way it tightens and smooths the "little extra" around the middle. the only drawback is the difficulty in pulling it on and off, but the struggle is all worth it when i look at myself in the mirror and compare the "before and after"
The shirt works as advertised until you sit down. Then the bottom of the shirt rolls up into what is essentially a very tight rubber-band around your waits. Makes it very uncomfortable to wear.
This is a well made shirt. It should be for what it costs. The shirt does provide support, and causes me to bring my shoulders back. It does provide some compression around the love handles to provide a slimming effect. If you are overweight too much I don't think this shirt would feel to comfortable on. It is very form fitting and it nothing like an ordinary t-shirt. If you buy too large of a size, then it will not have the intended affect on your posture and mid section.

I have been buying things online for years, and this is the first time I've felt the need to write an actual review of a product. This shirt is amazing and has truly changed my life. I've suffered from mild gynecomastia for over 15 years. The resulting bulges have made shirt shopping a nightmare. It seems the new trend in fashion is thin fabric tops, tight t shirts, etc. This has left me with very few flattering options for shirts. They all end up highlighting my unfortunate chest.
I bought this spanx shirt hoping for a tiny bit of relief. I can honestly say this shirt gives me an entirely new chest outline. It flattens the unsightly areas, my stomach looks flatter, and I feel 1000% more confident in myself and my body. I can wear shirts that were not possible before. I just about teared up when I saw my flat chest in a polo shirt for the 1st time since my early teens.
