I am a horder of these cami's! I wear them almost every day under everything.
With that said, I do agree with some previous comments. It runs about a size small. We all know women don't like to "size up" I'm a size 8/10 on top 36 B and I did an XL to be comfortable yet firm and smoothing. I did not want it super tight which the large was unbelievably tight. I don't take an XL in anything. But I do in this cami and I suggest that you size up if you're having an issue. Secondly it is a bit bust flattening, I wear mine without a bra many times, but I have a small bust to begin with. I'm perfectly OK with it, actually the cup are a bit big on me since it's an XL. OVERALL, it's just so perfect under Tees and slim dresses, gives me just the smoothing I want!

I've purchased Spanx camisoles in the past and they fit well, are comfortable and hide a multitude of flaws. Recently, I purchased a couple that were tight but still wearable. The last pair that I purchased were unbearably tight and way too difficult to put on. I have not changed sizes but I don't think that a larger size would feel any better. This camisole is just way too tight!!!

The tank is great and feels very good on, but the bust area is small causing your breasts to somewhat fall over the top. It gives you cleavage but not in a good way. Great to wear with a crew neck top or something not to low cut or form fitting because it makes your breasts seem uneven. I wear a 36 C and the top cuts my breasts right in half.

The size chart was not quite accurate for me. I measured to a medium in 2 areas and a large in the 3rd. I first purchased the Medium but it was way to small. I returned for a large which was the correct size. My suggestion would be to monitor returns and reasons and if you find it is sizing, re-adjust the size charts. This product was superior to one I purchased which was cheaper, but did not do the job. Spanx is the way to go.
