I like the support and slimming effect but the way it is made it is hard to put on and a pain to go to the bathroom when wearing.
I love the new spanx fabric, better hold, smoother. This bodysuit is great.
The straps don't attach properly to the bra and it rolls down creating bulge that didn't exist before. Maybe straps that go over the shoulder would have been better, and also some silicon on he upper side to avoid slips. The bra can get seriously deformed after a few uses.
I USED MY SLIM COGNITO SLIM SHAPER EVERY DAY BECAUSE IT FEELS GOOD WHEN I AM WEARING IT,ALSO THERE IS NO RESTRAINT OR DISCOMFORT.THE ONLY THING THAT I WOULD CHANGE IS THAT I WOULD LIKE TWO FOR THE PRICE OF ONE[LOL]
For what I paid I was expecting this to do great things, it did not. It does not stay in place and the straps provided kept coming loose. I would not recommend this item. The higher rise pants worked much better and were less expensive.
i had to use double sided tape to ensure it was high enough like how i wanted it but it was a hassle to get out to go use the restroom if i was out to the clubs or parties.

you have to strap to bra or it will fall off. its annoying when going to the bathroom. doesn't suck it in as much as i thought it would. but it does suck some of it in. and gives you a nice shape. I'm not really to impressed. i'm small framed but just had a baby. so i hav that little pouch. i've used other products that work a little better, and were less money. i don't think it's worth[$]. would i recommend it??? if you have the money, and are willing to try anything, go for it, if not....shop around first..trust me..
THE PRODUCT IS WONDERFUL, THIS WAS MY 3RD TIME BUYING IT. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE THIS TIME IS I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE ACCORDING TO YOUR SIZING CHART. I ORDERED A LARGE AND IT'S TOO BIG AND I SHOULD HAVE ORDERED A MED. LIKE THE OTHER TWO BODSUIT SHAPERS FROM SPANX THAT I HAVE. OTHER THAN THAT THE PRODUCT IS GREAT. [...]
Does not hold up to expectations. I expected a little more support and control. Definitely comfortable.
This body suit definitely sucks my body in, in almost a miraculous way! The only con is that it rolls over above the waist. I wore it with a strapless dress. Perhaps if I wore it with a bra and used the weird optional bra strap hookups that would prevent this but then I suspect it would tug my bra down!
