Spanx Hide and Sleek Mid-Thigh Smoother 064
I really like this smoother. My pants size was between two sizes and not really comfortable in either. With this smoother, I can comfortably wear the smaller size pants. An added bonus--I think the support actually helps my lower back pain!! Very, very comfortable, and amazingly it does not feel too hot to wear all day in our Midwest summers. Nice smooth fabric, good support and all over makes me feel sleeker. Unlike other garments of this type I have worn, my thigh does not bulge over the bottom of the pant leg--very smooth line. Good product.
I will be using it under my wedding dress. I used it for my fitting and it was wonderful.
I use this product daily. I am a nurse so I am always on my feet. This product gives me support without the hassel of hose.
I wore these under satin pants and they were extremely comfortable...no cling, no lines.
I purchased one of these a year ago, and although they are on the expensive side, I've tried to build a wardrobe of them. This is the best of the Spanx products I've purchased, washes well in the gentle cycle, but don't ever put them in the dryer - hang dry only!
I use the mid thigh smoother under most tight fitting clothing and also under my jeans to smooth out my thighs and butt. They are great under dresses to stop the bottom wobble and give my butt and thighs a nice lift. I find them really comfortable and rarely have to re-ajust them as they seem to stay in place. Under tight clothing (for example leggings) they are invisible. I think they drop me down one dress size at least.
I love spanx products and have several but for some reason this one didn't do it for me. It kept twisting and I'd find myself adjusting frequently-therefore I'd notice all the time and find it uncomfortable because I'd keep feeling the need to "straighten it".
I had to return the product [...]. Bunches of threads were left between layers of fabric producing lumps!!! where I had none. What a disappointment. [...]
Feels great under my clothes and are not
hot, smoothes those little bumps of cellulite

This Spanx 064 model comes perfectly to my natural waist, so no rollover.
It smooths my thighs leaving no ridges,which is important to me as I wear knit pants a great deal to the office.
I found that the trick to absolutely perfect fit is to position the leg bands precisely before easing it up over my hips; an extra minute but worth it for day long confidence.
