Perfect for step courses!

This is NOT hard to get in and out of if you turn it backwards, fasten the hooks, turn it around and slide your arms in.

However, it does not fit in the cups. I ordered my usual sports bra size (30F) and the cups barely contain me, plus I have uncomfortable smushed uniboob that would make me sweaty/chafed if I were actually working out. In addition, the two layers of fabric stretch differently, so I get lumps and wrinkles all over. This would probably work better for smaller, very firm breasts or implants. This one is going back.

Just to let other 'dd' girls know, this bra is one of the best I have bought for support and comfort when running and high aerobics, great on the bounce issue as well.

Just wanted to let all you sporty 'dd'+ size girls out there, after many years of exploring different sports bras options, continual internet returns, general wear dis-comfort, bras with little bounce control - rather imperative for the 'girls' when running in public, straps which cut into my shoulders, no t-back bras etc, I have at last FOUND the bra. Perfect! I almost feel like shouting it out from the top of my roof for the world to know! :-)

I am a large-busted woman and have difficulty finding a supportive bra. This one is perfect! I walk several miles every day and do yoga two times a week - this is a great bra for both activities although I'm certain if your workouts are more intensive, it would be a great for those activities as well. It's very comfortable and I did not have an issue with the closures as some reviewers did. Wonderful support!

I've been looking for a sports bra that didn't flatten me out or make me feel like I couldn't breathe and could withstand my large breasts jumping around during cardio kickboxing & Zumba. I finally found it. This sports bra has a great fit, feel & works well. I just noticed yesterday that it felt a little loose after a 1/2 hour of Zumba - but that may just mean that I should have adjusted it better. I like it so much, I have 4 - one for each work out day :)

I am 5'1" and 36G (at least). I have not found a sports bra that is excellent for extreme bounce (like running or horseback riding), but this bra and B109 are the best I've tried. The wide padded shoulder straps won't lie flat for me -- I have narrow shoulders and deep shoulder grooves. The shoulder straps are set towards the centre of the back away from the shoulders. This will be very comfortable for yoga and canoe paddling. The top set of hooks is difficult to reach and I am fairly flexible. This might improve as the fabric relaxes and with practise.
This bra flattens and rounds at the sides and therefore is not a nice shape for everyday or t-shirt wear. I prefer the B109 for the shape but can't seem to get a 36GG in B109. Separation is always an issue with sports bras.

Took me ages to find a good sports bra that actually holds everything firmly. This one looks great and provides great support. Can be tricky at first to get on but if you attach the middle latch first and pull over your head than the bottom latch is easy just like a normal bra.
The bonus of this is that it also passes as a top so you could just wear that without needing something on the top.
Loved this so much I bought another.
Highly recommend.

I ordered a 30 F - the band fits great but I think I would have ordered one cup size smaller because I like to feel like I won't bounce at all and sometimes the girls slide around just a little. Overall it is nice to find a sports bra that comes in so many sizes that you can't normally find in average stores. I know this bra will last a long time, it is very durable.

Great for the gym! Very comfortable and supportive...best gym bra I've found.

I read all the reviews on loads of sports bras in search for a good one that has enough support for a 32E. For a start my size limited me however I was pleased to find this one and try it - it's great. There is still a bit of movement when I jump but overall it's great and very firm fitting.
I've been doing zumba and it's great for that - plus fits in with the zumba styling too without having to have another top.
I do have to get my husband to help me do up the latch in the middle as that's hard to get but all good - I'm ordering another one now. Out of the two I bought to try before I bought more - this one cuts it.
I do recommend it. Plus it looks great on.

Great engineering--just really difficult to get in and out of. Two clips on back for support--one low and one a little higher. The only way to get in and out of the thing is if you have an assistant. I'm a 34G and could barely get into the thing by hooking it and sliding my arms in. I had to wait until my husband got home to get me out of it. I couldn't reach the clips and it was too snug for me but I think it could be really great if you have help.

When I exercise, I like everything compressed so it doesn't jiggle around. This bra is GREAT for compression. Nothing moves! It is also VERY difficult to get in and out of. But once you make it into the bra, you've got a great workout ahead of you. I'd recommend it for any high impact exercise if you're busty.

As a large chested women who is very active it is very difficult for me to find the right sports bra. After having ordered one to try, I was so impressed with its comfort and support that I ordered 3 more. I would definitely recommend this product.

I love this bra. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for that silly second fastener on the back. Yes, this bra has two sets of clasps on the back of the bra. The bottom one is a no-brainer, however, you'd need to be a contortionist or double-jointed to fasten the upper clasp yourself! If you've got someone to help you, great, it's a wonderful bra. It compresses you without giving you the uniboob look. Great for high impact. I wear it for horseback riding and it's by far been the best bra for this ever. I'm a 36F and it's so nice not to have the twins flopping as I'm riding. However, please tell the manufacturer to fix the clasp problem! Must have been designed by a MAN!

I have been a runner all through high school and college and after my breast augmentation I felt I had to stop running because the bras had NO SUPPORT well until NOW!!!! This has to be one of THE best bras ever made for running and I would and have already told several friends about this bra!! Finally something supportive!!

Love this bra!

This bra was amazingly supportive! I am a 34G and wore this to an step/interval training class today. It's the first workout I can remember where I didn't notice my breasts bouncing around or being uncomfortable - what an great feeling to be able to focus just on the workout for a change!

This bra was a little difficult for me to figure out how to get on at first, with the two separate straps that needed hooked. Once I hooked the top strap and slid the bra over my shoulders, it was no problem to hook the lower strap.

Im Lovinnn IT!

I am a 32F in US sizes, but I can also wear a 34DD in mainstream bras depending on the style. I wanted to get a better sports bra for when I start running. Usually I have to hold my breasts down when I'm doing jumping exercises. I bought this bra and the Enell bra because they had highest reviews. For this bra, I ordered a 32E based on measurements and for the Enell I was a size 0. I much prefer this bra! Not only does it look sexy, but it is sooo much more comfortable to wear. I had the same amount of bounce in both bras. It was a lot of fun to jump around the house and not have my breasts hurt! In the Enell bra, I felt like I couldn't breathe as well.

I purchased this bra because it is the only one available in a 30D and needed a good bra for running. (I wore the Enell bra for a couple of years, but lost weight). The shock absorber is a comfortable bra, however, it did not work for running anything over 3 miles. If you are looking for no bounce for running/jogging, this bra did not work for me. It felt good for about three miles, but then the bounce started. For me, it felt like I wasn't even wearing a bra. I run 4-5 miles 4 times a week and mix weights and low impact workouts in with those runs. It is a great bra for non impact gym workouts because it is comfortable, and the band size is accurate. The seams are also very noticeable under clothing. That is not a big deal to me since finding a good sports bra in my size is extremely difficult, but just an observation.

I am a 34G & ordered a cup size too small - trial & error. Once I have the bigger cup size, it will be great for all my physical exercse.

Amazing sports bra! I feel like I have no breasts and I can run as much as I want! It's a bit pricey, but it was worth it! I am 32 D or DD.

I am a 30F and I love this bra. It actually fits my back and doesn't ride up or rub sores while I am running...which I can not say is true for any of my other sports bras.

I thought the name of this bra--the "shock absorber"--would be just what I was looking for. I was so disappointed. Little support, wayyyy to tight, hard to get on . . . I sent it back right away. If you're a D gal and need a no-bounce bra, this one is not the answer.

This product has great support. I'm a size 30f and it keeps me very snug. It does have some seams that show through under just about any clothing, but it's definitely modest enough to wear alone when working out.

I use this sports bra (and the three exactly like it I've bought since discovering it) for jumping rope and sparring. I love this bra. It provides truly fantastic support, very comfortable straps and band, and it separates the breasts while hold them in place so there's no uni-breast. I would recommend this sports bra to women of any size who participate in high impact sports.

I've tried many sports bras and have gone from a 34F to a 30DD. Through my weight loss I've kept updating my size. This is the only one I'll wear. I run in it 6 days a week.

I wear a 30E in a regular bra. I ordered a 30DD in this bra to make sure there would be no bounce. I also suffer from sunken chest syndrome and always order down a cup size in sports bras to accommodate the large space in between my breast. The band on this bra runs way too small. I think a 32D would have been perfect. It really seems to hold you in well, the quality is good as well. [...]
