Decent quality. Provides a mild smoothing effect on profile. Also got the Spanx equivalent of this. I prefer the Spanx. This Sculptee is not as comfortable as the Spanx and provides less smoothing out and support.
I purchased the tank top after listening to some of the reviews about the t-shirt version being very tight around the arms. This is now one of my favorite undershirts. It does firm up and help flatten your waist. I am 43 years old and fairly active, but I do have a small belly. I am in sales and appearance is everything. This shirt really helps you look trim and maintain a good posture. Its no substitute for sit-ups and exercise but it does help. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to look a little trimmer in the waist. The tightness does take some getting used to at first. For sizing I wear a 36 jeans, 5 foot 11, and 46 Regular suit jacket. I purchased the large and the size is perfect. If you need a firmer control go with the Equmen tank top. I tried both of them and the Equmen is much firmer than the Sculptees
nice fabric and well made, good and tight around tummy, but too tight on the top.
This product fits too tight, hard to breath.
I'm fairly trim to begin with, so I just use em at the gym & dance class to look even better. They also provide a bit of low back support.
I'm fairly trim, but I do have a bit of a belly bulge & love handles, and this helps smooths that down. Also seems to provide some low back support. I use them at the gym. Haven't had em long, so I can't comment on how well they hold up, but so far so good.
Initially tried this because of back problems. Helps a great deal in relieving lower back pain and I look better to boot.
I love this. I needed it for an even that i was going to be attending, and i wanted to shed a couple lbs, so that i could fit into an outfit that i bought, that was a bit to small. It fit perfectly, and it looked better than i thought it would.I was getting compliments all night.
I measured my body before I put on the Sculptees Pex Tank and after. I was about 35" at waist (where pants hit), 35-1/2" at belly button and 40-1/2" at chest. After I put on the Sculptees tank, I was 35" at waist, 35-1/4" at belly button (-1/4") and 38" at chest (-2"). Basically, it brought my waist down 1/4" and my chest down 2-1/2", so it did exactly the opposite of what it claimed to do. It ends up compressing your chest and not your waist, so you end up looking worst than you started.
