after breast-feeding 3 kids, i can't even manage to fill in a push up bra. i thought i could use a little extra push. the inserts were small enough to fit into my bra with already built in push up padding--just what i needed to salvage my then useless push ups. i plan on purchasing the jump a cup for the regular bras.
