These are very pretty and I'm sure with correct sizing they would be great. I am 5'3", 114 lbs and the small is quite big on me. I could wear these with a dress, but the waist comes above my pants...and I don't wear really low pants. Unfortunately the return policy (which I understand) doesn't allow me to exchange this item.
