Waist feels true to size, and the silky feel of the pouch is very soft. Doesn't ride up or feel restricting. Hand wash only, though, so may not be an everyday or all day use.

I like this a lot. The back runs kinda low and has to be adjusted once and awhile.
These are so soft and extremely comfortable. I hand wash these to get the most out of them and they're extremely easy to clean. Comfort level is amazing since I work in a kitchen. They wick away sweat and keep you at a nice temperature. Awesome for sleeping and general use. I wish I had many more of these and plan on getting several more.

Surprised by how well this style fit. Unlike other thongs I have owned, this one doesn't have a silk back. The fabric used for the back is much better than other brands. It fit perfect and I will buy more now that I know what size to order.

Much like the Silk Knit Thong by Mansilk, this thong is one of the best out there. Fits perfectly, made from a breathable silk/satin blend, and offers great support. It looks great, and will feels great to wear.

I own both the normal Mansilk thong and these Satin ones that I just purchased. The satin ones are so soft that it's amazing how fast you adjust to them. I find them to be a little better fitting than the other Mansilk thongs I own. The pouch is a little better fitting for my slightly larger than than average jewels. These are definitely my favorite pair to wear.
These are very comfortable, and after a bit one can almost forget you have them on. They feel good, and are very soft. Regarding sizing I'd recommend one measures one's self carefully, taking care to measure around your hips, not your waist, then go up if like me you are between sizes. I got the XL, and they fit fine.

good lose fit thong, not too lose, i owne this pair for a year and half, ran it through the wash machine, still in good shape, wear thongs and g-strings all the time, i got a small wear us 31 jeans, pouch is big, only bad apart is on those very hot days and outside all day does not breath to good in cool weather there great, would buy more worth having

This thong looks sexy and feels great, and it is the perfect garment for those special evenings. A note on sizing – unlike many thongs, this one has a loose fit, so there is no need to go up a size when ordering. This fact also makes it very comfortable for sleeping. Although I generally sleep in the nude, a thong stops me "flopping about" while the minimal coverage helps me stay cool throughout the night.
I second what everyone else is thinking. I am a straight man who has recently got into wearing thongs. I've tried several brands and cloth types. The satin thong by Mansilk is king! Soft, fits perfect, big enough pouch up front. The thong part itself is the correct width... you don't even realize you have one on. *Excellent*
this is the best thong i have and i have alot of different ones but this is by far the best the only thing is i dont like to hand wash
