I was very impressed with how it just fits right. No adjusting or anything, it just fits into place on its own. The back side uses a lower thread count fabric which isn't as soft as the front. The inside of the front is lined with another layer of silk and is very soft!
I would wear silk all the time if it wasn't so hard to wash.
