I buy them small because I don't like them loose. But the medium is the same size my butt was when I was 20, it's just my waist that's not the same. And silk breathes well.
Bought one, then ordered 12 more--most comfortable and sexy underwear that I could find. Equal emphasis on sex and comfort: I was looking for sexy first, but now I've found both!!

It is too bad the brief sizes are not closer to US standards.
For some odd reason I have trouble finding comfortable undies. I dislike boxers because they feel horrid under clothes.. way too much material bunching up and they have a tendency to ride up the crack of my butt, which I find annoying!
The Mansilk MS10 is very comfortable and the silk feels so nice.. every so often you feel a brush of silk on your good parts and go hmm, that's nice!
Normally wear boxer briefs but these feel comfortable without being too tight. Love the feel of the silk. Also kind of sexy.

I will think twice before I buy another pair even though I truly want too. They would be 5 Stars if they were "machine washable".
the product is comfortable as sleepwear but the sheen washes out quickly, fabric frays in the liner and the liner is too thin and not absorbant enough.

Silk breathes so much better than cotton. While riding long distances on the Harley (can't tell other riders what I'm wearing) you don't have a soaking wet butt when you reach your destination. More importantly, my wife says my butt looks better without the heat rash old cotton ones give me.
These are the most comfortable pair of underwear I have ever owned. I have bought 6 additional pairs since buying my first. They have held up amazing wearing them both to work and around the house.

THEY ARE COMFORTABLE BUT NOT TOO SEXY, ID SUDJEST ORDERING A SIZE SMALLER THEN NORMAL.
A little bulky upfront. I am average in the equipment department and would prefer a little tighter fit. Usely I have expereinced that underwaer tends to run small, these don't.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS. LOOSE FITTING IN BACK AS WELL AS UP FRONT. LIKE ANOTHER BUYER HAD SAID "FRUMPY", NOT SURE WHAT THAT MEANS BUT IT SEEMS FITTING. PLENTY OF ROOM FOR YOUR FRIENDS TO DANCE ABOUT. I BOUGHT THE WHITE ONES, KINDA LOOKS LIKE A DIPER THOU. THEY ARE SOFT AS DESCRIBED. IM THINKING THEESE WILL BE FUN TO WEAR WITH LOOSE FITTING CLOTHS. THANKS FRESHPAIR !
these don't look that flash on a bigger man but feel wonderful on. pity only the front is satin silk.
Super smooth and comfortable. Makes you feel good wearing these and the girlfriend thinks they are really sexy.
I wear these daily. Don't even know they are on, and jeans pull up so easy. When you stoop or lean over there is no pulling.
Only thing I would change is to have the back material same as the front panel.

although very soft... they do not make you look sexy... they have a frumpy look that looks a bit baggy..and of course does not really show off your bod....if that is what you are after.. I recommend the ms10 silk only ones...
These briefs are the most comfortable I've experienced and have that smooth sensuous feeling for those romantic times. These are to be handled like any delicate fabric, and if not, they wear out.
I purchased these along with the silk knit as a comparison for breathability and comfort during the hot summer months. Both fabrics work great... far better than cotton. The silk satin brief, however, wears out quickly at the seam. Hand washing is a must else these will wear out quick. It comes down to a choice: cotton for durabiltiy and comfort but not breathablity... silk for breathability and comfort but not so good on durability.
I used to buy Udersilk brand and it was twice or 3-times stronger and higher in thread count. This silk is the thinnest I have seen being used for men's underwear. I would consider minibriefs with 5%lycra before i buy this.

These are the most amazing briefs ever. I wish I would have known about them years ago. They feel and fit great. I wear them everywhere. I even work and exercise in them. I need more.
I like to wear these garments every day. They just feel good. Unfortunately, they don't hold up long to everyday wear and the front seam usually separates or the satin finish separates, especially if wore with jeans. Bottom line, if you want them and are willing to pay the price, they are great; if you aren't willing to re-order and pay the price, find something else.

this material looks good, but after a few washed, it tend to wear and about to tear. this product always gave trust. but after this product, i am starting to lose trust in this product.

The charmuese front has a nice sexy shine. However, charmuese fabric is not terribly breathable. The silk mesh back on these addresses this for those of us who sit most of the day. No sweaty backside with this style.
It's a bit feminine looking. It looks like panties because the seam from the waist is too low. It creates a sort of triangle if your 'package' is large like mine. So wear it when no one is going to see it! :)
