I started wearing it with slacks. At first it feels really good, the waistband is perfect. The pouch support is not very reliable, I'm a little bigger than average and still the pouch does not adjust completely to the package's shape. For some hours is very comfortable then the pouch elastic starts itching because its pressing hard against the skin right behind the sack. Overall yes I still recommend it. I wore it with jeans it's ok. Rides up if moving too fast.
