These are the best fitting and supporting pouch style underwear I have found. They are sized small like many specialty underwear on Freshpair so if your waist is a 32 or bigger choose the L/XL size. Any bigger than a 36-38 and the waistband might feel too tight. And if your package is large (8" plus) then these might not hold it all, but if you're average like me or smaller then these are a great fit. They hold everything in place without the annoying string up the backside. Highly recomended!
