The Lunaire Whimsy Barbados Bra offers full coverage and support for the full figured woman, but with all the delicate details you love. The semi sheer cups are seamed to support and shape without bulky padding. Support slings on the outer edges of each cup direct breast tissue into the cup, keeping the girls contained and comfortable. A wide center gore prevents movement and minimizes bounce. I thought nipple discretion was just a normal feature of all bras, and that the term 'lightly padded' was for people wanting to increase their bust size. So I ignorantly purchased this bra, assuming because the photo didn't show the models nipples poking through, that it had something in there to hide my nipples from the world. But it didn't...
I wear a 32DDD, so I by no means want to increase the size of my bust, but having my nipples visible feels incredibly indecent, not to mention my nipples are super sensitive, and without a barrier (light padding I guess) I can feel everything happening around them, (you'd be surprised how many times a day something brushes against your breasts when they're this big) which is super uncomfortable.
I'm a little confused why bras that aren't nipple-area-padded even exist. Super dissapointed I can't wear this as it looks pretty sexy.

this bra is the closest to a cute and sexy bra I've ever been able to find in my size that is supportive/comfortable but doesn't look intimidating or imposing or downright granny. The straps run a bit large for me though, and I wish I could shorten them up to help provide the support my girls need.

Very pretty (husband really likes it) and fit is true to size. But, not a ton of support for a larget chest (36DDD). The straps are also very thin which makes them not as comfortable as some others. I have checked off yes I recommend just because it is so pretty but just know that it is probably not an all day bra if you are busty.
