I wear this everything it's so easy to out on. It has more control thank spans for men- all around good compression- it could be a little long as the zipper near the biotin scale arches as it sits right on my hips. Good durable fabric and comfortable.

The Sizing chart was totally wrong, it displayed 37-39" Waist as M size, i am loose in a 38" Waist and i could not get it around my shoulders.
Very Dissappointing as i live in Bangkok, Thailand and it will cost me more to ship it back than the product is worth.
