For the perfect fit, follow these steps:
- If measuring under the bust, measure around the rib cage, just beneath the breasts. Remember to keep the tape snug and straight around the back.
- If your measurement is 25" - 27" you have a 30 band size
- If your measurement is 27" - 29" you have a 32 band size
- If your measurement is 29" - 32" you have a 34 band size
- If your measurement is 33" - 34" you have a 36 band size
- To verify your band size, follow this next procedure to measure over the bust
- Measure around the upper bust, high on the back and under the arms
- That number is your band size (if it is odd, round up)
- To find your cup size, measure around your body across the fullest point of the bust line - while you are wearing a bra
- Subtract your band size from this measurement
- If the difference is 3" you are a C cup
- If the difference is 4" you are a D cup
