I returned this sports bra because it did not give me enough support for low to moderate impact activity. I found adjusting the straps to be too time consuming. I think the design of this sports bra was more for sex appeal than it was advertised as being a good support sports bra.

I've bought three Energie Spots Bras by Le Mistere of different colours to wear them to the gym daily. The bra fits perfectly, feels comfy, and makes me look both athletic and sexy.
