This is an exercise bra, but it is so comfortable, I can wear it every day. It looks great under work clothes and can go directly from work to the gym. I highly recommend this bra.

...You gotta get this sports bra! I saw it on Oprah once and never thought about it. Recently, I have lost weight so I thought I should get new sports bras. I figured...let me try this...and I love them! They are snug, fit...it's like having a "glove" on...you are held and you feel like it's part of your body! I should have never waited! You shouldn't...trust me, you won't regret it!
I love the support and quality of this bra. I purchased it to do high impact aerobics. I liked the overall support, comfort and nice shaping so I bought more for daily wear. Downside, it's not granny's bra, but it's not cute or sexy either. I am a 34E. Support and comfort are important to me.
I was looking for a light sports bra with good support. The band fits well, but the cups run on the larger side. My main problem with the product is the strap configuration. If you need to tighten the adjustment, you have a thick pad strap tucking into the bra. Also, it's awkward to put on/take off when in the racer-back configuration.
I just bought this and will be returning it. I normally wear a 34D in other bras but these cups are too big for me, and gap at the top. The cups are highly structured with foam lining and I'm not sure it would be breathable enough for me during a workout. It just feels bulky. I generally prefer a bra with no padding, so YMMV.
The straps have to be hooked/unhooked to adjust and you can't do it with the bra on. I don't like the hooked shoulder straps as they feel less secure than straps that are permanently sewn or use velcro.
Also, the bra is difficult to put on when the straps are in the crossed position, though the fit is better that way.
Great bra! I'm a 34D and teach Zumba, and this bra does a fantastic job holding the "girls" in place without binding or chafing. LOVE that the straps can be changed around, too.
Great for working out.
