If you want a big bulge in your pants, this product delivers! The only thing you must be aware of, is that it is difficult to stand at a urinal and release the dog.....best to go into a stall and drop trou. Otherwise, GREAT product and comfortable to wear, daily!

I love the concept and the design of this product. As person who is a bit tender down there, I've been looking for a product that will give me support and fit in a way that's comfortable. This is almost spot on - sadly, I'm also a bit large down there and the pouch is too small for me despite the perfect fit on the waist. Still, great product, great concept

really like the fill it jock! It takes a minute to get used to the fit but, once you have it on, you will be surprised how comfortable it is. If you are a bit above average, you will also appreciate the roomy pouch. Your boys won't be forced up against your body and will be very accessible if necessary. I bought the Fill it underwear for the office.
