Hanes 3-Pack Classics V-Neck T-Shirt H-7880U
Scouted these out for my husband after a bad experience with other brands that shrank a full size after washing or had high V-necks that showed under dress shirts. These are soft, with printed-on tags, moderately priced, and so far no annoyances at all.
Great product. The material is great and it washes very well. I advise buying a size smaller than you think you need. I am an average guy & wear a 41 shirt. I buy large in all T-Shirts, singlets & under-shirts...so I bought these in large. Well...they are big and haven't shrunk at all (hmm...this is a good thing I suppose).

Nice t-shirt for under button down work shirts. The collar shifts a little bit on me, and the shirt was thinner than I expected. It is not "fitted" in any way, but never claims to be either. It is comfortable on me, and they are what I would expect for the low price.
Good stuff to wear under an open-neck dress shirt - the V-neck is very low-cut indeed, so it will never show over the shirt; if your shirt is somewhat transparent, though, it might show underneath. But that's not the T-shirt's fault.
What is, though: the neck opening is not really top-notch labor, on some items it's a little asymmetric. But for an undershirt, especially considering the price, that's ok. The fabric feels tough enough to last a lifetime.
After trying dozens of designer cotton v-necks, I took a chance on these cheapies...and loved them! The V-cut is deep enough, but not too deep, and they stayed long in the torso after washing and drying. Great undershirt or workout shirt.

Freshpair offers these great t-shirts at a super price. Nice weight to material, good length, limited shrinkage. Comes in crew neck also. Recommended for everyday wear.
Since I am from another country brand, I thought the size at which I was accustomed to buy much larger than it should be.
I do not know if buying a smaller size dress better. The size L was not good for me.
I also found the tissue-thin and hot.
My husband thinks that undershirts last forever, and most of his has. Yes, they are Hanes. That's why I broke down & bought more for him.
He only recycles the really old ones once he gets replacements. :-D
Bought these before when visiting the US .Light material but that suits me for under shirt wear
Surprisingly great fit considering it is Hanes. I have a small waist so good fits are hard to find for me. And for the price, you really can't beat this! Too bad they do not come in other colors. On a scale from 1 to 10 in softness, I would give it an 8.5, still more than acceptable.
I like its tailoring that can be shapped to my upper body. I think I'll buy it again and again.
I am sure I will buy this t-shirt again and again...
