I have owned many strings and thongs as daily underwear and this by far the most comfortable. Even though the pouch looks small the fabric moulds around it and holds it how it should be. Feels like I'm not wearing anything at all but my package is well suported. The wife loves this one on as well in the bedroom. Thumbs up to this.
