Just love the feel.
I work at home so now that's its warm, I solely wear g-strings. This is the best fit & the smallest of all I have.
Since I work alone at home I've become addicted to G-strings & have several. This is the best ever! Smallest I own with small strings which yet don't ever cut. Feels sexy all day. Only thing I'd like Greg Homme to work on is a bit shorter height front pouch.

I've recently ordered a handful of different thongs/G-strings to try out. This one is the "lightest" of the items; it's a pretty straightforward simple G-string.
I have a 33-34" waist, and the "medium" size fit just fine. The waistband is very thin, but it doesn't "cut" into the flesh (as I've experienced with similar items in the past) and it's perfectly comfortable overall.
The pouch is traditional (no projecting forward of the genitals or anything like that) and just supportive enough (any less and I'd rate is a star less). It is more "see-through" than I expected from the web site picture (even the parts that aren't the little gauze triangle at the top are pretty sheer). That doesn't bother me much, except that to achieve the effect, and not-so-soft fabric was used, with no ability to absorb any fluid: That's my reason for rating it 4 rather than 5 stars.
The back strap is very thin and very comfortable (i.e., you won't feel it unless you want to).

I have 33-34" waist and the "Medium" size fits well. The fabric is a little "sheerer" than what the picture shows (both the intentionally revealing triangle and the rest of the pouch), but the material is soft enough to keep everything comfortable. It's really a very simple design, making the price a bit high for what you get, but overall it's a fine item. I personally would like a more cottony version of these.

This pair will probably stay in my drawer most of the time - the pouch is too small on the Large size for everyday wear, and I have what I consider an average package.
owen a few gregg homme g-string , got to say this one is one of the better ones, i wear (us31 jeans)and bought the small, white, alittle tigher in the wait band, in a good way, the pouch is bigger but still not that much side protectsion, boys did not fell out yet,it is see through, good to sleep in, and to work on those hot days,kinda feels like nothing at all, would buy more, u got to like how very litttle material there is to it but u get the support like a thong not to lose and flopping around, worth having
This G is about as close to "nothing" as you can get while still maintaining comfort and coverage of all the parts up front. The only thing keeping it from that ideal is that you do sometimes feel the string as you move around normally. The string never saws or irritates, it just calls your attention to its presence occasionally.
The style might not be for everyone. It's not obvious from the pictures, but the front panel fabric skims a little too close to women's lingerie territory for me to feel completely comfortable wearing them. If the weave pattern were just a little less mannish.... As it is, I can tell you I won't be wearing these to the gym.
These are small niggles if you are primarily comfort-driven like I am.
One upside of that front panel fabric choice is that these are highly breathable. Between that and their overall skimpiness, there's no worry about keeping things cool in the basement.
White mesh looks and feels great.
I have one and its very very sexy, comfortable, and its not make my "birdy" hot. lol
