Some have complained that the pouch is not large enough but I'm average size and the fit is good for me. I like the feeling of the boys sliding across the crotch seam of my pants with each step while still having my butt covered. If I were younger, I might have a problem with that stimulation causing the pouch to become too small ... but that doesn't happen much any more (sigh). Have been wearing them for several weeks and the only problem I've encountered is that occassionally the back rides lower than I like and I have to reach back and pull them up, but it doesn't happen often. Overall very pleased - these are now my go-to briefs.

These are very comfortable and sexy. It feels great to have my balls hanging free plus I have a problem with turtle dick, these underware eliminates this problem becauise the rest of my package is lifted away from my balls. The Ballz out Bikini is a sexy, fun item. The only problem I found is that the pouch could be a bit longer to accommodate the shaft. It is the only reason I cited a poor fit. Other than that, it feels like wearing a mild C R with your ballz free for ...... Walking with the ballz free and the shaft supported is a very sensual feeling and is one of the more playful types of underwear I've found.

I read other reviews and thought "Oh come on, this is just too odd" But I bought a pair and tried them out. First, a day of local errands, in case they were too uncomfortable to wear for long periods, then a full day's work. Strangely comfortable, cool in hot weather.
Others have said that the pouch is too small, perhaps I'm not as endowed as they are. I had no problems with the fit of the pouch.
Big plus talking to your boss and realizing your drawers would make her faint.
