I have to wear close-fitting clothes for a new job and wanted to minimize a bulge from surgery. Worked perfectly. Stayed cool & dry. Plus, my chest always looks tight & my posture's perfect.
Plus, the shirt gives my skin a workout. After taking it off the second time, I noticed my back was tighter. Strangely enough, the compression seems to have helped the surgery area flatten out.
Like almost everyone says, you have to cram yourself into it. But it feels like you're being held, not crushed.
For the past few months, I've suffered from a pinched nerve that's most likely due to my poor posture at work. When Freshpair sent me a promo for this product, I was intrigued by its claims that it helps posture and eventually broke down to pay the rather substantial price (for an "undershirt", that is).
It definitely helps with posture in that it pulls my shoulders back. I checked with my physical therapist, and he agreed that the concept was sound. The symptoms of the pinched nerve have subsided some since I started wearing this, but it's impossible to tell whether that's due to this device, physical therapy sessions, or other factors. However, I believe the help with "posture training" is sufficient benefit to justify the cost of a few of these.

This is my 3rd Equmen purchase. I own two of the tanks (in gray) and they are great however living in Texas it tends to get hot here and sweat stains on a dress shirt are not cool. I bought the v-neck hoping to curb sweat stains showing through dress shirts and it works great. The v-neck is more comfortable to me than the tanks and easier to take off at the end of a day. My only wish is that they could make the white vneck have the same amount of support as the gray version. Great product and will probably by another vneck.

It is not too tight or loose and keeps my body warm. It shapes it nicely and is flattering. It does what it should do. It also helps a bit with my voice projection too (weird stuff).
Great product. Takes a bit of practice to get on easily but once on, felt really nice. Not hot to the body. I did notice a real improvement in my posture - tend to slouch in my office chair but couldn't with this on.
