I suffering from severe upper-back/shoulder pain due to upper vertebrae pinching a nerve. My doctor and physical therapist suggested it was due to my bad posture (I sit in front of a computer 9-10 hours/workday). A month of physical therapy sessions only helped somewhat. Some months ago FreshPair advertised a deal on this shirt and I decided to give it a try (despite that "the deal" still seemed pricy to me).
After wearing the shirt couple of days, I thought the improvement was noticeable. I've since bought a second one to simplify my cleaning cycle, and I'll probably get a third one soon to further reduce the need to clean these nearly every day. I've been wearing them most days for almost two months, and the back pain is mostly gone.
The shirt is a bit tight as expected (and required). Putting it on is not a problem; removing it is a little harder. It's very breathable. I've worn it on 80-degree days under a short-sleeve shirt and that's fine.
This can adjust my standing pose well, so I feel brilliant and healthy when I wear it!
I was skeptical at first, but this really does have a "sculpting" effect on the torso. It is somewhat challenging to get on and off, but it's not THAT hard.
Just felt it was so expensive..and then fit too tight. I was debating about ordering a medium or large... ended up ordering the large... and it was way too small... very tight fitting. Plan to return for my money back....
I definitely feel 'compressed' when I wear this. It fits very tight and does help with posture. Another pro is that it helps ease lower back pain. My chief complaint would be that it is way too long and stretches down below my crotch. It rides up a lot, and I frequently have to tuck it back in. Aside from the high cost, it is a nice V-neck compression t-shirt.
I ordered a medium size according to the chart and I should probably have ordered a size large.
After I received my parcel, tried it on, and could not believe how it trimmed me down. I looked as if I lost those pesky 10 lbs that I have been trying to lose.
This T-shirt look good, and feel great.
You have to try it, to believe it.
I even showed a few friends the result, and they have also ordered some.

This product does what it says it will do.
From a posture perspective, works as advertised: helps you keeping your back straight. Now, I didn't notice any improvement in the way my midsection looks (maybe because I'm in relatively good shape).
The price is a big drawback, since I would like to use the t-shirt more often
I love this shirt. I'm so content that I bought more of them [...] The only drawback is that it doesn't do enough in the love handle area. I tried two on top of each other and it worked like a charm.
I'm a hair dresser and yoga teacher and i wear this t-shirt for shoulder support and back support for work, and wear it for yoga to keep focus on my body parts that i'm using. At work it helps me keep my belly in and my shoulders down and at yoga I feel supported.
I love these shirts though every style seems super long and I have a long torso and stand at 6' 1 other than that they are great!
Excellent product ,comfortable and great fit
nice quality material but sizing chart is off...buy your normal size...thus if you wear a L t-shirt normally, buy an L, wear a XL t-shirt normally, buy an XL, etc...at this price they should get the sizing right!
i mostly use this, when i go for workout at gym. it give me support. it has help me transform my body to a desired shape .

This is great undershirt....very snug getting into, but once it's on it feels great. It helps with my posture while holding everything in. I was surprised how cool my body feels while wearing it.
This is without a doubt one of the best items of clothing that I have bought in a long time. I generally haven't worn T-shirts because they are too hot and shirts cling to them. The material in this product is cooling, doesn't bunch up, and clothing doesn't cling to it. The compression design adds to an overall well dressed appearence. Definitely worth the price.
This shirt is very tight and difficult to put on or take off. I am already muscular and slim. I cannot decide if this tight shirt hides my muscularity or promotes it. Considering the high cost of the shirt, I have doubts about its worth.

good product overall, expensive. difficult to tuck in below waist especially with boxers.
Fit good and did what it claims it would do.
the shirt fits perfectly on my husband and he loves it! The material is really comfortable to wear and shapes body very well. The only drawback is that my husband can't take the shirt off by himself. But I still recommended this product to my friends!
It works very well. Does not take in the tummy area as much as I wish it would. But I wear it almost everyday.

I stand and speak in front of thousands of people every year. Sometimes...a little pudge takes over my mid-section when I'm not paying attention to my body as I should. This t-shirt makes me look like I'm always paying attention. I feel more confident wearing it because I look and feel more solid. Expensive, but very well worth it.
I wear this shirt under my military uniform here in Iraq,great fit under my body armor.

The shirt does what it says it will; packs you in and steamlines. However, I feel like an overpacked sausage when wearing it; I think I have a higher BMI than the shirt is inteneded for. If you are a bit out of shape, I think this would do all the right stuff it's supposed to do. My 20 or so extra pounds are just too much for it; I fell packed into it. I have a large.
The fit is snug but comfortable. It improves my posture and has cut lower back pain for me. Prefer the extra firm version which only comes in gray.
I liked the first one well enough to buy a 2nd. I prefer the extra firm fabric which is only available in gray--it's worth the extra $10. The V neck is my preferred style. This shirt improves my posture which helps reduce lower back pain.
i was skeptical at first but now own numerous Ts and a couple of singlets. Own the black and white V necks in addition to a couple of the grey V necks which offer 15% more compression and a slightly different fabric composition. Yes, they do run long but don't ride or bunch up on me so not really an issue. I wash mine on super gentle and air dry or air fluff in the dryer. They generally dry overnight.
They are expensive but they make anything i wear look better. I'm in fairly good shape, these just push it one level further and help my back and shoulders 'remember' to "stand up straight and tall". They can be tough to get on and off (especially if it's a hot humid day) but just go slow. Best thing I've purchased in a long time.
Good to wear on a night out or to use for support with back problems. I like to wear it for a few hours at a time because it helps me with my upper body posture.
I like this product. Would recommend it for those who are like me, 5 10, 160 lbs. It definitely helps with the posture but needs to be washed if worn everyday. I like it but hard to get on and and off. Still a recommended product!
This is a great idea of a product.
Recently I've lost a lot of weight (almost 50 lbs, 25% of my body mass) and I still have some extra around the love handles and tummy area. This shirt definitely tucks it in. I wish it were a little tighter and had better support around my tummy, I ordered the white in a small and the description says the grey is a little more form flattering. If you are trying to decide if you need the small or small-grey go with the grey for sure.
PS - currently I weigh 152lbs, I'm 5'9" and have a 30" waist.
My purchase was intended to reduce my belly buldge.......it did that quite nicely. I was impressed with it's ability to greatly decrease my chronic back pain. I just wish it was more affordably priced!!

Its a great product for everything it promises, unfortunately except for the way it is sewn. it is TIGHT, and is supposed to be, so the sewing job had to be strong, and not unravel in the washing machine to leave the material with a huge hole in the seam.
Have worn the shirt twice so far. I am 5'8" and 155 lbs with just a bit of a bulge around the stomach and it does seem to slim my stomach somewhat. My wife likes how it looks.
It is somewhat challenging to get on and off, due to its highly compressive design, but is fairly comfortable once you get it on.
I have minor lower back pain and I found that my back does feel better after wearing it a couple of hours, which is the primary reason I got it. It also helps you maintain a more upright posture. After a few hours, the compression around the stomach feels a little strange. Not really uncomfortable, but you definitely don't forget what you are wearing.
It does bite a bit on the underarms, so you have to adjust it occasionally. I think if I buy another one, I would buy the singlet to avoid this.
The shirt could stand to be a bit shorter as it goes down to about halfway down my butt. It does not seem to ride up at all, but I am not sure if that
