Ok, so I bought this shirt one evening when my back was hurting and it is from me putting on some weight that went mainly to the chest and stomach area. I bought all three colors but questioned if the gray was worth the extra money and it is. Actually, I sent back the black as the gray was a better fit and gave more as I have broad shoulders and it allowed breathing to be easier and was easier to get on and off. Both allowed my skin to breath ok but the white one did grab at hairs and rolled up more on my butt where as the gray stayed down. I even slep in the white one once when I was to tired from working a food service job and went to bed.

I bought several of each color. They fit perfectly for me, some say they are to long; however, I would prefer a little to long than to short! They breathe better than the Spanx brand and I think the Equmen brand offers better support. I highly recommend!!

Recommended for anyone wanting to look a bit more toned than they normally do. It helps you hold in your stomach, helps your posture and although it can be a little challenging to put on initially, after a few moments feels natural.

I suffering from severe upper-back/shoulder pain due to upper vertebrae pinching a nerve. My doctor and physical therapist suggested it was due to my bad posture (I sit in front of a computer 9-10 hours/workday). A month of physical therapy sessions only helped somewhat. Some months ago FreshPair advertised a deal on this shirt and I decided to give it a try (despite that "the deal" still seemed pricy to me).

After wearing the shirt couple of days, I thought the improvement was noticeable. I've since bought a second one to simplify my cleaning cycle, and I'll probably get a third one soon to further reduce the need to clean these nearly every day. I've been wearing them most days for almost two months, and the back pain is mostly gone.

The shirt is a bit tight as expected (and required). Putting it on is not a problem; removing it is a little harder. It's very breathable. I've worn it on 80-degree days under a short-sleeve shirt and that's fine.
