I found this product to be an excellent problem-solving one as it makes you feel really great about yourself;it make one feel tall and strong in one's clothing.
In terms of level, the compression is just about right giving the upper body a tonier appearance so that everything is in place ensuring the added advantage of giving a chafe-free fit.

This fit much better than I thought. I have to admit i was pretty skeptical abut whether or not this would make me look thinner and lo behold it does.
just so we are clear; I'm a 40 year old male who is pretty muscular but also could/needs to lose 10lbs. For me the shirt fit really well. Not too tight but tight enough to hold everything in.
I will be buying more when they go on sale.

This size is a bit too small so that I can hardly wear at the beginning. It's more acceptable after few wear. I can hardly choose the correct size by following the measurement instruction because I am marginal. Instead, there is detailed size suggestion by height and weight from the box of the product. But it's too late for first time buyer!

The "less-supportive" portions of the shirt were stretched after only a couple wearings. If you're looking for compression or a little redefinition of your figure, spanx and underarmor work better at a fraction of the cost.

I would recommend getting 1 size smaller than your shirt, polo size. I wear Shirts and Polos "L" but using "M" from equmen for maximum support and posture.

I bought several of each color. They fit perfectly for me, some say they are to long; however, I would prefer a little to long than to short! They breathe better than the Spanx brand and I think the Equmen brand offers better support. I highly recommend!!
