They run small, if you are a 31/32 get the medium. If you are a 33/34 get the large.

I have always been a HUGE fan of Armani so I figured what the heck I'll try the underwear to see if it lives up to the quality of the clothing. I must say that I was not disappointed. The price was right and the fit and comfort were spot on. I will definitely purchase more of this AWESOME underwear!!!
I'm getting really tired of buying undies to find out they run small. I wear a 30-32 pant. I ordered MEDIUM which says it will fit 32-34 and these are entirely to small. They fit like a medium 2xist (which I also bought and had to just get rid of and buy a large). In other words, if you normally buy medium you need to buy large. I can hold these up to a medium CK and you can very visibly see the size difference.
That said... very soft cotton. I'll probably buy a large.
