Pouch is large which may be a plus for some but there's too much material for me. As other reviews state, be careful ordering. I have a 32" waist and had to order a 36 to fit me per the sizing chart on the product itself. Material and construction are excellent but it does ride a bit high. Strings are a bit thick as stated in other reviews but I had no complaints regarding comfort.
The pouch is very comfortable, good luck trying to get the white sticker out of the front! the actual string is VERY VERY big, rides up to the small of your back. it cuts off circulation in the jewel area and is VERY uncomfortable in that way, again i cannot stress enough how horrible the advertising in this product is!! RIDES SUPER HIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save your [$] on this overpriced thing and buy yourself some good devil! cheap and amazing!!!!
What's not to love? A tiny piece of Italian mesh or solid fabric (you pick) to carefully cradle your goods. Sometimes I'll go for weeks without wearing mine (of course I'm wearing other Cocksox items, though). Then, I'll wear the sling and wonder why don't I wear this every day? It is incredibly small. It just holds what it was intended to hold. I'm a trim guy, so the guys at cocksox modified the back string to be about an inch or so smaller to fit me better.
I had to buy a size or two to get the one that fit me best. If you're only going to buy one, buy the mesh!

The sizing for this product is competely wrong. As you purchase this product you are required to select a waiste size, so, I selected 34 inches. However, the underwear does not come in specific sizes it comes in small, medium, larger. If you look at any other manufacture you will find that a 34 equals a medium or in some cases a larger. However, I was sent a small. Well need less to say, it was too small. I called up Freshpair believing they had sent me the wrong size. They were kind enought to send me another pair BUT it was the same size. Bottom line, becareful when purchasing this product. You never know what size you are going to get.
The good news is that it's as comfortable in that "nothing back there" sort of way as a G should be. The string doesn't saw at you like some synthetic fabrics will.
The bad news is that you have to be careful when packing the boys in there lest they fall out during the day. When that happens, they fall to either side of the string, something that just can't be healthy.
If you're only wearing it to show off, you won't be in any danger of that. It only comes from trying to wear it all day.
This is a suitable show-off piece for smoothies only. The minimal pouch size and the wide mesh fabric do no favors for the look of natural hair.
I give it a 2 only because the product isn't right for me. If a different sort of person gave it 5, I wouldn't think they're wrong. The product is well made and honestly presented. It's just not for everyone.
Great product! Comfortable, true to fit and with quality to boot! Should not wear out as quick as some of the other products.

Runs large, if you normally wear XL, order a medium and you'll be fine.
