I like a slightly tighter fit and generally fall in between the medium and small sizes. I ordered this small and it is still way to big. The elastic was not stretched before it was sewn into the lining so it offers no support/containment. It's more like a loin-cloth. The material looks and feels fine but the design and sizing makes that a moot point.

Ordered Md. Size. Should've gotten small. No support in the material, nor anatomical pouch as advertised. Adjustable coverage to front only apparent when drawing waistband higher. Not a thong, more of a g-string.
