i bought this product to trim my waist. i'm 38 and see that i'm developing love handles though i workout. the t-shirt is not very tight so i can still breathe in it. i reckon it will not work so well if you'd like to seriously trim your waist. it's a great product for me. i feel firm and trimmer.

Super comfortable shirt. Not as much compression as advertised - would recommend that CK take lessons from other shapewear companies. Shirt is very comfortable though. No issues wearing it for 9 to 12+ hours a day.

I am a fairly slim guy, but my body could be a tad more toned. I bought this item for the sole purpose of flattening my chest under sweaters and thermals for the Fall and Winter. I like it because there are other tops out there that are WAY too binding due to the heavier material! However, with that being said, this top doesn't compress as much because of the lighter fabric. That is also something I admire about it: I felt cool and comfortable in it.
I didn't really notice much of a difference, but it did smooth over the areas as it said (to a lesser degree).
Bottom line: If you are looking for dramatic results, consider another brand. If you just need that extra something, this offers light compression.
