I normally wear a L size brief/underwear, even with other C-IN2 products. I LOVED how this brief looked and couldn't wait to try it, but ended up a bit disappointed. It was a little too tight around the leg openings, and, as others have mentioned, the pouch was a bit too small, even for an average guy like me. I like these, but I wanted to love them.
