The best comment I have ever gotten from wearing enhancement style underwear came while wearing these a couple weeks ago. My wife declared I could no longer wear them to church as she couldn't stop staring and was afraid others would be "distracted" as well.
I have tried CK Body Boost and the 2xist Lift and rank these Cin2's under these two. These Cin2 have the largest "enhancement" but the shortest "comfortable wear" time. The CK enhancement is just as good as the 2xist (though not as pronoucned as with these Cin2's), however the all-day comfort isn't there as it is with the 2xist. Material wise, I also prefer the softer more synthetic feeling cotton used by the 2xist over the more traditional tighty-whitey cotton feal of the CK's and these Cin2.
Also, I have four pair of these and with one the support sling frayed and was nearly broken in 4-5 washes. I cut the strap out and still enjoy the forward holding support pouch, however the added boost isn't there any lon

the first pair of this style I bought, managed to order XL and they are way too big. got it right this time - happy days
not true USA sizing for men
works pretty good. im not small by any means but this kind of pushes the good to the front. ..
uncomfortable and the legs constantly ride up.
Strap enhances my package, but the pouch was too small and made things uncomfortable.
Would not recommend.
Suprising idea this sling, took a little adjusting but holds things well, being low rise requires a little bit of manscaping but not to worry very comfy
Thnx goodness for that added contoured pouch! Other trunks cause me discomfort for the lack of extra room for my package. Sling keeps everything front and center! Excellent under my jeans, always catches and eye from others.

Have alot of briefs from freshpair, and these are some of my favorite, love to wear them under both my low rise jeans and dress pants or just by themselves, the pouch is very supportive, soft, and realy brings my assets front and center with or without the sling,only negative thing is the sling can get kinda of thight, but like the option, if I want to bring it up a notch.....
this brand is sensational in material and fit, my favorite now...forget so many others, more famous for example boss etc....
As others have said, strap isn't really necessary. The pouch in these things keeps everything very front and center. They ride a lot lower than I was anticipating so some manscaping may be in order to maximize their potential, but definitely great for low riding pants/jeans

Very compfortable briefs with the pouch that shows off your man-business. My wife likes the styling. I didn't like the straps inside that holds everything up, so I cut them off. Still perform well.
Great improvement much more comfortable with or without the sling.
I love the cut of Trunk, fits great under str8 jeans and u cant notice it with well destroyed jeans. The sling support was hard to figure out at first but i was worth it.

It took me awhile and several adjustments to get the sling support just right. At first I had it too tight, but I was thinking it was necessary to give the 'lift' I wanted. Boy, was I wrong about that. I finally have the sling to the proper measurement, but I'm not getting as much 'lift' as I thought I would. I'm also finding this a bit cumbersome at the urinal. I've got to remove the sling (no problem), but then I've got to put everything back in when I'm finished. The worst part is frigid temps. I found myself at a football game. As the 'jewels' began to search for body heat, the sling became very uncomfortable. It was hard to concentrate on the game! However, I'm thinking this product will be fine in the heat of the summer. In the end, I'm just not sure the sling is for me, though.
